“Josh and team helped us get in late at night, and extend by a day, with ease. This was so helpful to us . Lovely place with good beds towels etc. well equipped kitchen. Nice spot with private feel and view of lush surroundings. Very nice stay”

“It was clean and in a very nice location. Host was responsive and generous offering early check in. Unfortunately there were a couple of maintenance issues such as the towel hanger being loose and not being able to hang a towel in bathroom. Also, the AC was not good as 74 was the coolest temperature which is not comfortable for sleeping.”

“Great experience, we enjoyed the space and liked that it was close to everything. We ate at the nearby restaurant, Hogfish Harry’s, both nights we were there. There was seamless communication from the host from start to finish.”

“We had a spectacular weekend. The apartment is beautiful, very well located, and has absolutely everything one needs. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Furthermore, the person in charge was very attentive.”

“Nice clean place, balcony was amazing. Opens up completely with a screened patio so you can really enjoy it without the worry of bugs. Cute little ducks and turtles you can see form balcony which my kids loved.”

“The airbnb was a very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. I will say however that i was disappointed they took the time to clean everything really well except the coffee maker, which was clean on the outside and gross on the inside. Coffee is a must have in the morning for me and I had to leave the house to get it. In addition to the coffee maker, there were a few things that require simple handyman maintenance (drawer faces that pop off when you open them, bathroom toilet seat falling off, broken blinds) that need to be addressed. Overall the house was great, but pricey considering those simple things aren’t being addressed when you are paying that much money a night. I would definitely stay again if those items are addressed.”

“The place was not as photos showed. One bathroom tub had a lot of rust and paint peeling and the walls have long streaks of ? (steam/soap build up maybe). The sink had mineral build up on faucet and the vanity shows major wear. The kitchen refrigerator froze all my food/beverages that were stored toward the back. The kitchen sink had food build up around the area where sink meets granite. The doors and drawers were worn and difficult to open. The saute pans non stick coating was scratched and isn't healthy to cook/eat food from them. Only the most basic items available for use in the kitchen. Unit walls dirty and paint peeling. I found hair in my bed and my daughter had sand in her bed. The fabric on furniture was stained and worn. We were informed at the end of our stay that we needed to leave the rental so people could do an inspection for the sale of the unit. If I were told this ahead of time, I wouldn't have booked. More to share, but I have run out of space”
