“David/Holly’s place was amazing. They were able to let us in a little early. Everything in the house was fantastic. We were celebrating birthdays and they sent a cake over. The house was exactly as described and was very clean. We would rent from them again. Communication was excellent.”

“We had an amazing stay at this cabin! The cabin was exceptionally clean, well organized, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Bedrooms were not small and cluttered. Everyone was very happy with their sleeping accommodations. Plenty of space on every floor to stretch out. The location is peaceful, quiet, and completely private, with no neighbors in sight. It was the perfect place to disconnect, unwind, and enjoy nature. The upper deck provides an outstanding view of the Smoky Mountains! We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which was well maintained and clean. Communication with the host was outstanding. They were easy to reach by text or phone and responded quickly to our questions, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The host also provided firewood for a small fee, which was very convenient. We loved the wildflowers around the fire pit, our favorite hangout spot! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.”

“David was very nice and responsive. We had issues with the keypad lock but once reported David adjusted things and took care of us. This was a very clean cabin, kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed! We definitely will book again!”

“This cabin was perfect for a trip with multiple families. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The game room and theater were a great feature for both the young and the old, when we needed some “downtime” between sightseeing. Also, the hosts are extremely kind, helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. Lastly, the view…😍! Wish we could have stayed another day!”

“David & Holly are wonderful hosts. The cabin was the perfect place to stay for our annual family vacation. The views are breathtaking and all our needs were met and more. From games to movie nights. Enjoying homemade meals, soaks in the jacuzzi or jacuzzi tub. Watching the sun set or rise from a balcony or before/after a solid nights sleep in the cloud like bed made it hard to leave for one of the multiple places they recommended to visit. A minor issue arose and they took care of the issue immediately. Jeneff was pretty great to communicate with as well. We will absolutely visit again and highly recommend to all our friends, family and acquaintances.”
