“Overall I truly enjoyed our stay in August. Being on the water was sooo peaceful and beautiful to wake up to. We also had a sunset cruise and the company picked us up at the house’s dock, SUPER convenient!! I would love to see newer & better quality bedding and bthrm towels, the house could use a few upgrades to the upstairs bedrooms and a bit more cleaning& blowing off of the patios. The road to get to the house is a bumpy dirt road but nothing our SUV couldn’t handle. Nya was a bit delayed with her responses in the app but when she did reply she took care of our ask expeditiously. I would suggest sharing a direct phone number w/ housekeeping or a local person in the welcome message. Perfect location in Vineyard Haven and not far from the ferry or Oak Bluffs where we sent most of our time. Yes, we would book again and hope to see the improvements mentioned above.”

“This house was perfect for our large multi family week. There was plenty of space inside and out. All of the essentials were there which made it easy for us to move in and get settled. The kitchen was small but there was a lot of storage and multiple refrigerators. There were plenty of towels and bed linens. Nya was responsive and patiently answered all of my questions. I would recommend this house and if available, I would rent again.”

“We've stayed on the Island for many years and enjoyed our week in this home. This was a very private residence with direct access to the water, providing idyllic paddle boarding each morning on Lagoon Pond each morning. While there were two neighboring homes that you could see, we never saw or heard from them. It's just a short drive or bike ride into Vineyard Haven, and you have quick access to the bike path on the main road. The home was in good condition and the downstairs master bedroom/bathroom was recently renovated along with the kitchen, but the upstairs bedrooms were older. Just a warning... be prepared to drive down a tight dirt road to the residence, and parking, while you could fit two cars, is ideal only for one given the preference to turn around in the tight driveway. Backing out would be a challenge.”

“We had an amazing week at this house. It is in the perfect location on the water. Every morning at sunrise , it was like being at a bird sanctuary. I cannot even put in words how beautiful the sunrise was!! The house was super clean and newly renovated. It was a fully supplied house with sheets and a better stocked kitchen than my own! We would absolutely recommend this place and look forward to our next visit. Thank you for being such an amazing host!”
