“Positives - Good location, comfy beds. Nice neighborhood. Negatives: 1. one of the main reasons we chose the home was that it had a hot tub. The hot tub was set to a max 99 temp. When using it would go to 96. When notifying Done right was informed that the setting was locked at 99 and nothing could be done about it until we checked out. 2. WiFi was horrible. No connection when in bedrooms, barely 2 mbps. Made responding to work issues almost impossible. 3. Great they had a Traeger. Bought a chicken to cook on it. Started the Traeger got 15 mins into the cooking process and pellets ran out. Contacted done right and got an automated response. Had to finish cooking chicken in oven 4. Limited linens and bedding. 1 pillow per bed, made it difficult . 5. Not sure these items would have been such a bother if we were not paying a premium for this rental. We expected more for the cost.”

“The views and location are gorgeous, which goes a long way to make up for what this home is lacking. It is very old, outdated, and grossly overpriced. There is only one full bathroom and it is on the top level, very awkward for someone staying in the basement “bedroom”, which by the way lacks privacy. There are only 4 chairs at the tight kitchen table and the weather wasn’t cooperative for eating outside, so lap meals. At least the kitchen was adequately stocked and had a nice coffee maker. The dishwasher didn’t fully clean dishesand the washing machine was inoperable. We had to search for enough towels. The property manager sent too many notifications continually attempting to sell us more days and even more hours, the rules felt burdensome in comparison to the many other Airbnb homes we rent, especially considering the exorbitant price. We paid for what should have been a luxury experience and felt like we were camping.”

“The place was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Beautiful setting top notch place and very close to downtown McCall. We would stay here again. It clearly a new place to Airbnb as the checkin instructions were not correct and the property management company had to come open it up for us. Also the smoke detectors kept going off every meal we cooked and we did not generate any smoke at all. Just set way to sensitive. Other than those items it was great!”

“The house was as described and was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to downtown for things to do and also ponderosa park. If having bathroom counter space is important to you, note this house has none in downstairs bathroom and very little upstairs. Beds are ere comfortable, with extra pillows & blankets if needed. The house is a little dated, but was equipped with things we needed for the weekend stay. The hot tub is well maintained and worked well and had nice decor for a cabin.”

“Beautiful community, they took our booking same day and we appreciate that! The place was clean. There were no tide pods which we didn’t discover until 9 pm and there was only an emergency number for after hours. Otherwise a great stay.”

“We really liked this house for the most part. It’s brand new, so it’s in perfect condition. It has beautiful furnishings and decor. It has a very well stocked kitchen with every gadget you could ever need, and upgraded knives. The layout is great. Two master suites, and king beds in all the bedrooms. A big bunk room with queen sized bunk beds was great. It has fun games and a pool table upstairs. The hot tub is great. Nice big smart tv’s in basically every room. The down side…no window coverings of any kind in any room, which is not a big deal in living areas, but in bedrooms it was a big problem. It’s light in ID until after 10pm in July, and before 6am. None of us slept well at all. We had some very tired, grouchy kids! We had to change our clothes in the bathrooms, since there was no privacy, especially in the bedrooms off the back patio. I contacted the manager about it and was told “the house is exactly as it was presented in the photos” like I should have noticed beforehand.”

“Overall we had a decent stay. The cabin is as pictured and is well stocked with all supplies you would need. Beware, the cabin has a significant mice problem! We noticed a lot of droppings on the deck but did not report it until the morning we checked out because we thought they were just outside. The morning we checked out we noticed the mice had eaten through the wrapper of butter and bag marshmallows we put on the counter. They also ate off the rolls of toilet paper that were in the bathroom. When I told Done Right (property manager) and provided photos, the answer was essentially we should not have left food on the counter and should have reported the outside droppings when we noticed them. I’m not sure where we should have put our dry goods as there is no pantry or cabinet space for food. Also toilet paper is not food, so not sure the excuse there! For what we paid, we didn’t expect to have these uninvited guests. We wouldn’t stay here or use this company again.”
