“Beautiful community, they took our booking same day and we appreciate that! The place was clean. There were no tide pods which we didn’t discover until 9 pm and there was only an emergency number for after hours. Otherwise a great stay.”

“Make sure to look that this house has no air conditioner, it also had no window coverings to close during the day to keep it cooler in the house, and no screens on the windows to open at night to let cool air in, we had to close them because of mosquitoes, bugs, and possibility of a bear! Other than that it was a Beautiful home, would be great during the winter!!”

“This was a peaceful, clean, quiet place. We were surrounded by Aspen and pine trees. Such a nice place to relax. Walking distance to the Resort village too.”

“We really liked this house for the most part. It’s brand new, so it’s in perfect condition. It has beautiful furnishings and decor. It has a very well stocked kitchen with every gadget you could ever need, and upgraded knives. The layout is great. Two master suites, and king beds in all the bedrooms. A big bunk room with queen sized bunk beds was great. It has fun games and a pool table upstairs. The hot tub is great. Nice big smart tv’s in basically every room. The down side…no window coverings of any kind in any room, which is not a big deal in living areas, but in bedrooms it was a big problem. It’s light in ID until after 10pm in July, and before 6am. None of us slept well at all. We had some very tired, grouchy kids! We had to change our clothes in the bathrooms, since there was no privacy, especially in the bedrooms off the back patio. I contacted the manager about it and was told “the house is exactly as it was presented in the photos” like I should have noticed beforehand.”

“Overall we had a decent stay. The cabin is as pictured and is well stocked with all supplies you would need. Beware, the cabin has a significant mice problem! We noticed a lot of droppings on the deck but did not report it until the morning we checked out because we thought they were just outside. The morning we checked out we noticed the mice had eaten through the wrapper of butter and bag marshmallows we put on the counter. They also ate off the rolls of toilet paper that were in the bathroom. When I told Done Right (property manager) and provided photos, the answer was essentially we should not have left food on the counter and should have reported the outside droppings when we noticed them. I’m not sure where we should have put our dry goods as there is no pantry or cabinet space for food. Also toilet paper is not food, so not sure the excuse there! For what we paid, we didn’t expect to have these uninvited guests. We wouldn’t stay here or use this company again.”
