“Nice location! Building and unit need lots of maintenance… mostly short term rentals and lots of activity. Only one working elevator made for long wait times. A good value for a short stay.”

“The cabin is fine, not great. The bathroom curtain that goes to the main street of the neighborhood is broken, the kitchen pile is tacked and flooded and what it has is a container under the pile receiving the dirty water and the smell is horrible. The mosquitoes in the area are brutal you can't be outside or even think about opening the door to get out to the car for something you forgot. The area is beautiful before dark. There is not enough product in the kitchen to clean the sponges they are old there are no kitchen paper towels. The pots don't have lids. And the rooms are very hot, the air conditioning doesn't reach them. If you only need it to go to sleep after a long day is fine.”

“I paid 550 a night for a run down place. I could have stayed at the most expensive hotel at the beach for less. And the still won’t you to load the dishwasher and strip lines. I will not be using Airbnb anymore”

“I am conflicted on this review - a few aspects were great while others were pretty bad. First - the view and location cannot be beat. Beach access is right next to the condo and walkable to so many great restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked, along with other nice add ons like a drying rack, throw blankets. Bottle of wine and chocolates were also a great touch! However the beds are NOT comfortable and the master has a plastic case that makes a ridiculous amount of noise every time you move. We arrived in the parking lot at 4:01 for a 4pm check in but code for the unit was not provided in the app. When I finally got in touch with the owner after sitting in the parking lot for 40 minutes she told me the code was the last 4 of my phone number like I should have known that all along- it never showed up in the app. Later the keypad stopped working and we were locked out for 2 hours. Have never had these access issues at all the many air bnbs we have stayed in.. More to say but out of space!”

“This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. We arrived around 11 PM after attending a graduation and dinner, delayed by terrible traffic. The gate code provided did not work, and it took nearly 20 minutes to find security for help. Even their codes failed until the host finally sent a working one. Once inside, the assigned parking spot was filled with construction materials, and all other spaces were taken. We also had trouble entering the building due to another incorrect code. When we finally reached the room, there was a very unpleasant odor, and the closet door was off the hinges and leaning against the wall. We immediately left. I explained everything to the host, but she did not respond for hours and never apologized. By then, we had already driven 1.5 hours back home exhausted because no other places were available. Airbnb refunded me after the host also failed to respond to them. Through all this she never once apologized, we were so tired we fought to stay awake 😟”

“We had a great time. Only issues were the tv in master bedroom didn't work. Chair on balcony was broken. We couldn't access the parking lot or enter the building do to access code being changed. Other then that it was a great time.”

“The unit has a great view and is nicely decorated. However, it could really use a deep clean. There were bugs throughout the unit, including roaches and ants in the kitchen. When I brought this up, the host said it was normal, which was concerning. I didn’t feel much empathy from the host. I was willing to overlook the layers of dust and stained furniture, but seeing bugs come out from behind the stove while cooking was unacceptable. I wasn’t expecting a full refund or trying to take advantage of the situation, just some understanding and support.”

“Beautiful oceanfront condo with easy access to the beach and stunning views that really made our stay memorable. However the unit itself was lacking several basic necessities that impacted our overall comfort during our four night stay. There were no kitchen towels or dish soap provided and the kitchen essentials are limited. There was no vacuum or cleaning supplies to manage the sand that inevitably gets reached into the unit from the beach. Several chairs were broken, and towel hooks were missing on the walls. Since 2 chairs were broken there was only seating for 2 people, which was insufficient for a group of six. There was no furniture on the balcony, which was disappointing given the beautiful view. Additionally there was plenty of closet space but no hangers provided. Overall, while the location is excellent the unit itself did not feel fully equipped or comfortable for our group size (2 adults, 4 kids), and length of stay.”
