Dogwood Cabins, LLC.'s guest rating of 4.75 is below average and may adversely impact performance. “We stayed with another couple, and the space fit our needs well. Loved the screened back porch, and it felt very private. The home was very clean. Beds were fairly comfortable; pillows on our bed were super flat. Kitchen equipment is fine, not fabulous, but we did minimal cooking so it worked for us. There is not keyless entry; we had to pick up the keys from the office in town, even though we arrived in the middle of the night, so that was kind of a pain. This is hosted by a property management company, so the niceties that you often receive from an owner were missing (stocked spices, laundry detergent/fabric softener, etc.) We liked that this home was not a log cabin, as is so common in this area. We could not find an iron or ironing board, but I did not ask the host to provide one--we decided we could live with wrinkly clothes for a few days! We would stay here again.”airbnb

“Great place to stay! We love the area and have stayed in that golfing community for four years now! Wonderful place to be.”airbnb

“Absolutely perfect location. The house is great, but the outdoors is perfect. We stayed outside the entire day, grilled outside in the evenings, and eventually retired to the cozy couches for a little family tv time after dark.”airbnb

“His Morning Glory was a very nice house to stay in a great location in a golf course community however there is no outside garbage can, the toilet paper is like sandpaper, the pillows are horribly thin, there was not enough bath towels, the coffee pot was dirty and there were no creature comforts in the kitchen like coffee, salt and pepper creamer, sugar anything would’ve been better than nothing. Lastly, the leasing company was extremely difficult to deal with, and their response time was less than acceptable”airbnb

“This cabin had spectacular views, and the decor was lovely. The kitchen, however was a great disappointment....the oven was very dirty, the pots and pans were equally dirty, and there were too many of them in a big jumbled mess in the pantry, with missing lids, etc. Also not enough cutlery for our group of 12, despite saying it sleeps 16. The coffee maker had a moldy filter full of coffee grounds in it, so had to be disinfected before using. Hot tub was green and stinky, and there was a sliding window beside it that wouldn't close (very dangerous with little ones) Pool table was small, old and worn and not level. Cabin was listed as having 2 sofa beds in the "dorm style" room downstairs, but only had 1. Also, their weren't no linens provided for The sofa bed that was there. The whole cabin was dusty. With a proper cleaning and reset/restock it could be lovely, but wouldn't rent again as is.”airbnb

“Not sure, but I think this is a privately owned place that is managed by Dogwood Cabins. Call Dogwood Cabins if you need something as Chad’s response time was long.”airbnb

“The place was nice. Nothing much in the area everything is about 30 minutes away. It’s hard to locate the house at night since it is dark and there aren’t many lights. One major thing that was disappointing was that there wasn’t basic cooking necessities like salt, pepper or some oil or baking spray. You would expect things like that at least when there’s a full kitchen with lots of cooking utensils.”airbnb

“House was nice and right off the main road. It’s very close to another house. The house is old but has been remodeled. The floor was a little soft and squeaky. Beds were small but comfortable. It does have a nice back patio for cook outs. There wasn’t any toilet paper and only a couple towels. No tv in any of the bed rooms and also have to use your own tv subscriptions. Other than those small things it was nice and clean. Perfect for a couples weekend trip”airbnb
