Manager Review

Do Rentals TP

Do Rentals TP's guest rating of 4.59 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Very disappointing stay. The house was not properly cleaned—the showers and refrigerator were dirty, there were roaches/bugs inside, and there was grass and wasps in the pool. We also had multiple people coming onto the property without being notified, including a landscaping crew during our stay. We tried contacting the hosts about these issues, but they did not answer the phone. There were also several other things happening around the house that we could not explain, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unable to enjoy our vacation or use the pool freely. For anyone considering booking this property, please make sure everything is as advertised and that you understand who may be coming onto the property during your stay. We would not stay here again.”

“⭐️ 1/5 — This place was a disaster from the moment we walked in I don’t know what home the listing photos were taken in, but it definitely wasn’t this one. The house was dirty from top to bottom , spider webs with bugs in multiple rooms, stained bed sheets that were somehow labeled “clean,” and floors covered in dog or cat hair. Even the walls were filthy, with nail holes and random marks everywhere. The “chef’s kitchen” didn’t even have a single cutting knife or steak knife. Not one. Calling it a chef’s kitchen is straight-up false advertising. The outside was just as bad. The grass was overgrown, the trees were untrimmed and wild, and the so‑called “hilltop view” does not exist unless you drive miles away. The listing is completely misleading. To make things worse, the entire house smelled like cigarettes, and there were cigarette butts scattered all over the front yard. It was disgusting and absolutely not what you expect when you pay for a vacation rental at this extreme price.”

“The home itself was easy to find and it felt like we were in a safe neighborhood. The home was as described in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms. When we first walked in we noticed about 6-7 dead cockroaches throughout the whole house. We let the host know, and they informed us that pest control had recently treated the house. This was understandable, but I wondered if they had recently done a walk-through. The other issue that we had was the pool. We booked this property to use that amenity specifically. When we got to the home, the pool was cloudy, which is indicative of a sanitation issue. We didnt get to swim in the pool and were told that a pool tech would come by the next day, which they did not. The home itself is nice and a bit older. I think we just had a hard time settling in and feeling comfortable. The main bedroom bed was very squeaky, which I saw mentioned in a previous review. We checked out one day early, but feel the issues are easily fixable for the next guests!”

“This was one of the most frustrating Airbnb experiences I have ever had. Unfortunately, we were never able to access the property. Upon arrival, we were provided with multiple door codes, none of which worked. After repeated attempts and communication with the host, we were then instructed to search the backyard for a hidden key. As paying being sent on a scavenger hunt to gain access to the property was unacceptable. The host was difficult to reach and communication was inconsistent during a situation that required immediate assistance. Additionally, the property did not appear as represented in the listing photos. The outdoor areas were poorly maintained, the pool was green and appeared unclean, and there were numerous dead flies throughout the patio area. The condition of the exterior raised serious concerns about the overall upkeep of the property. Because we could not gain access, we were forced to make alternative accommodations. We were refunded 100% by Airbnb needs repairs!”

“We got there and noticed the grill outside wasn’t clean at all, we tried turning on the led lights around the pool along the fence and couldn’t do that because first of all the court wasn’t long enough to reach the plug in, second of all we had to go out of our way and go buy an extension court to turn it on and 3rd of all when it was on it was a fire hazard because one of the lamps started smoking and half the lights didn’t even work. The tv outside didn’t work nor did the dvd player and stereo. The plug ins in the bathroom didn’t work and when addressed they said they’d check it out but never did. there was a cockroach in the main bathrooms drawer. the other bathroom had hair in the drawers & the door kept getting stuck on the floor when opening it. the lamps in the first bathroom didn’t work besides 2. there was trash in the yard that wasn’t picked up. the trashcan from the guest before wasn’t taken out and was overflowing, the cushions outside have mold on them & communication was👎”
