“We dealt with problems with the air conditioning and internet. Issues that took multiple days to resolve. The first night there, after a 14 hour drive from Ohio, we had to sit in a hot house at 80°, with no internet. Two days , in order to get the internet fixed, I had to sit at the house for 4 hours, waiting for a Spectrum technician to fix the internet. This is while my family was out on an excursion without me. To compensate, I was given hot tub access for free, just for the hot tub to not work for 3 days.... TERRIBLE!”

“Do not recommend. As soon as we checked in, we found broken glass on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Then we found a glass shard stuck to the front of a hair dryer in the master bedroom bathroom. This nearly cut my wife’s hand when she picked it up. Since we have several children in the group, we were concerned about safety. Host sent a technician over 3 days after first notification and found additional spaces with broken glass. This safety concern hung over our heads throughout our entire stay. We’ve stayed in a similar property in the area with no such concern. Very disappointed.”

“This was the worst experience with an Airbnb that I have ever had. When we arrived at the gate for the community we were told that our names were not on the list and we were not allowed access to the community. I had provided the names to the host immediately when asked for them the week before. I reached out to the host on the app and received no response. I then called their emergency 24/7 line and the woman on the phone told me that the office would respond the next morning, and there was nothing else she could do. 30 minutes later I received a text that our names were now added. This was extremely difficult and frustrating while traveling with young children and I didn't have a place to feed them or know where we would sleep. Then two days later another member of our group came and was also told they were not on the list. Their incompetence had derailed a second night. They offered a trivial compensation, but only after I had complained repeatedly. Do not book with this company!”

“The beds were stained under covers. Little towels, no toilet paper, no dish soap and home was hot”

“Didn’t let us know that trailer was not allows and it was towed and I had to pay 600 to get it back”

“The house is spacious, clean and very nice decorated. The only thing we didn't like was that the house lacks basic cooking essentials, such as oil, sugar, or coffee. It is also missing frying pans, pots, and knives.”

“Check in was easy. The house was as described, but for a house that has so many bedrooms there’s only parking for two cars in the driveway. You have to ask the front gate regarding the overflow parking and it’s not close to the property. There are tow trucks going around the complex so you have to be very careful the way that you park or your car will be towed immediately. It happened to the neighbor next door to us his poor car was towed away.”

“Unfortunately we did not have enough towels for all of our guests. We requested more towels and it took 1.5 days to receive them. When they did arrive they only provided extra pool towels. The front door knob was broken and missing screws. Requested it to be repaired. Someone showed up to fix it when we were checking out. House seemed to not have been stayed in a little while. Not super clean and the pool needed to be cleaned. We will not stay here again.”

“Few positives: Decent location with access to waterpark. AREAS NOT AS SHOWN: No rugs in living or dining room. No outdoor seat cushions on metal chairs. Couch in the main living room collapsed. Blinds missing in baby/King room. SAFETY CONCERNS: Sliding glass door off kitchen wouldn’t stay locked after it was opened. This was a safety concern because this door was located directly next to the room with the baby crib in it, and the outside pool lanai door did not lock. We contacted the host and were told it wasn’t urgent and couldn’t be addressed our first night. Someone came by the following day and locked it, however it couldn’t be locked easily after use. We ended up having to slam it shut and use the side door off the bathroom to access the outdoor area. POOL HEAT NOT ADJUSTABLE: Too hot to use and it was not made clear that we wouldn’t have access to adjust the temperature. UNCLEAN: Floors, carpets, railings, pool, bathroom rugs visibly dirty. Ants were also out of control.”
