Manager Review

Dluxx Vacation

Dluxx Vacation's guest rating of 4.80 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

The place was clean, beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was also amazing. There was a slight hiccup with getting into the community as you are only given a guest pass by filling out the vehicle form. However, my family was not driving and therefore could not complete the form as it required vehicle details to be filled in. We got into Orlando quite late, and were unable to reach the host and the emergency hotline was not very helpful as it appeared to only be for emergency maintenance issues. The security guard was kind enough to let us in once we showed that we had taken all the steps and were unable to secure a pass. He instructed us to go to the clubhouse the next morning and they were able to email us a pass and we had no more troubles from there. Outside of that experience, my family and I loved the house, especially the kids! The themed rooms were amazing and it was spotless. We would definitely go back!

This home was absolutely amazing and had everything I needed—and more! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay stress-free and enjoyable. The location was perfect, with Walmart, restaurants, and other conveniences just minutes away. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I will definitely be booking this home again on my next trip. Highly recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed our time in this home! The boys loved the pool. The home is very spacious! We liked the location as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this spacious and comfortable home that was perfect for our group! The game room, private pool, and fully stocked kitchen were standout highlights, and we especially loved having so many towels available and multiple smart TVs throughout the house for everyone to enjoy. There were just a few minor things to note, such as the $70 fee to use the grill, the hot tub not being heated in the evenings, and somewhat limited parking since the garage has been converted into a fun game room (though the nearby overflow parking was very helpful and convenient). Overall, we had an amazing experience and would happily stay here again!

Great place! The unit and location is as advertised. It was also clean. It was unclear I had to watch a community “rules” video before getting through security upon initial arrival but after that no issues. Would stay here again. … NOTE: the community pool bar adds 20% tip to all purchases, even a single draft beer. Also, if you order a mixed drink (i.e. - vodka soda), they charge you twice, one charge for vodka and one charge for soda.

The place looks just like the pictures - I don’t give it 5 stars due to the lack of necessities. Usually, in an Airbnb (I am a host), the basics are provided. There was one roll of half used toilet paper in each bathroom. Shampoo only (very small container), no conditioner. An empty soap dispenser in the bathroom with no soap in it (what was the point of that?) The kitchen was not equipped, no measuring cups. No salt/pepper. For someone staying a week or even two - it’s not worth going to the store to buy things such as salt and pepper which should be provided. A lot of things went to waste. This host is clearly trying to go the cheapest route possible - which will in term not get this property a 5 star rating. I see my review mimics others. Be prepared for a full shop (cleaning supplies, cooking seasonings etc).

We were told that we would need to supply all our own paper products, and kitchen incidentals. We had to purchase many things, ( garbage bags, coffee filters, toilet paper, foil paper towels storage bags etc… ) Which is fine but extremely wasteful, why can’t we share some of those things. I’m sure the next guest would appreciate not having to purchase garbage bin bags. ( which I hope someone took home or donated to a family in need) Also does Florida have a recycling policy… super hard throwing all the packaging in the trash? Also in future, face wash clothes could be included and more hooks. Pots and pans need to be replaced. The Teflon was badly damaged. I’m making this sound bad, it was not! We had a great stay. It was just the first Air B&B we stayed in that didn’t have a few more basics in the kitchen. Thanks for letting us use your Place.
