He was so wonderful, met us at the property to help get us in, and was a wonderful conversationalist to boot. The place was amazing, we could walk to the water front, to coffee in the morning, etc. I cannot recommend him enough! He also gave us great info on the area and places to take our lower 48 visitors. “Nice place to stay in Seward for a fraction of the price of hotels. Only a block from the free town shuttle pickup spot. Easy walk on flat ground to the small boat harbor with restaurants and day cruise ships. The place is basically just a hotel room, so don’t expect to have a seating area or space to spread out. But it worked for us as we were just there for one night.”

“My husband and I came to Alaska interested in getting a good taste of what Alaska has to offer without spending a lot of time in the car getting from one attraction to another. Seward was the perfect place! Hiking, aquarium, Resurrection Bay boat tour, seafood and a walk along the Iditarod trail. We found David’s guesthouse to be a perfect place for everything in Seward (we walked everywhere) plus easy access to the Kenai Fjords National Park Exit Glacier Unit. We spent four nights at the guesthouse. It had the most comfortable bed, incredible shower/bathroom, efficient kitchen and cozy wood burning stove. It was quiet, secure and private with clever wood shutters. David was attentive, friendly, and supplied the chopped firewood for our stay. We highly recommend the Two Lakes Guesthouse for your stay in Seward.”
