“We stayed for three nights. The home is cute, in a good area, and relatively close to everything. Unfortunately, on our last night, we discovered bugs and mice. While moving the stove and couch to locate the mice, we found mouse traps, which indicated that the hosts were already aware of the issue but allowed us to stay there without warning us. Even after we provided video and photo evidence, the hosts disregarded our concerns and offered only a $100 refund. The way this serious health and safety issue was handled was unacceptable and extremely disappointing.”
