“What an absolutely gorgeous house! As my friend (who checked in just before us) texted me, “holy cow, this place is amazing!!”. Myself and partner and 6 friends rented the house for my 60th Birthday long weekend. While the house itself is lovely and full of charm, the outside area is stunning. The pool and view of the vineyards is magical. The house is very well appointed especially for foodies and anyone who likes to cook and entertain. We had one issue while we were there with getting the hot tub heated which was really more user error on our part but regardless Kathy was 100% on top of it and responded immediately. It was in the end a total non issue. I could not recommend this place more. Clean, well stocked and easy to check in to. Great communication and overall a magical and memorable experience.”

“The house is very comfortable and peaceful. The location offers great views. The outdoor space could use some attention so that it is more comfortable and enjoyable. The supplies in the kitchen were very limited but met our needs just fine.”

“House is gorgeous, secure, and had lots of space for families. Only negative was the checkout - didn’t like that the expectation was to wash linens before leaving and to wipe down all countertop surfaces as part of checkout. We are clean guests regardless but thought this to be excessive considering all the fees we already pay with booking. No issues with the house and amenities itself.”

“The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The wi-fi is strong and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Kathy was very responsive and even delivered fans when we had concerns about the weather. We spent time in Pismo every day and the drive is pleasant and quick.”
