“We enjoyed our group (14) stay at this great, quiet location—it was perfect for our group vacation, and the host Kathy was excellent with communication. While we had a wonderful time, the property could use a bit more upkeep, specifically regarding a cleaner BBQ grill (with cleaning accessories provided), SPA and a working inside latch for the common bathroom door. Aside from these minor maintenance items, it was a fantastic trip and we would highly return!”

“This place was better than any picture or description possible! The view overlooking the vineyards was breathtaking and the amenities were perfect. The privacy and exclusion felt like a dream. We did fires at night and stargazed at the open sky every chance we could. Honestly one of our best family vacations. I even wanted to have a few things delivered to house before we arrived to make the trip a little extra special for my kids and the hosts had them there and ready when we arrived. By far our favorite AirBNB!”

“The house and view are more beautiful than the pictures! We enjoyed the property and pool so much that we barely left during our stay. We loved watching the birds and other wildlife in the area. Truly a magical stay and Kathy was a very responsive and helpful host!”

“This is a beautiful, spacious home and property. We stayed with ten people and it did not feel even the slightest bit crowded. The house is huge. It's clean and beautiful with lots of fun activities right in the house, including ping pong, a movie room with a projector, and a street fighter 2 arcade game. The kitchen is well appointed and everyone agreed the beds were comfortable. The backyard is equally massive, with a large covered dining area, a great pool/hottub combo, a trampoline, and a putting green. The one thing to be aware of is that the house is fairly isolated. It's at least a 15 minute drive to get anywhere (other than local wineries). But that also means its very peaceful and surrounded by nature. The host Kathy was very responsive--often responding within just a few minutes. I think the best fit for this house is a group that wants to hang out on premises and enjoy each other's company, or as a homebase for wine tasting.”

“Kathy and her team could not of been better. The house is well stocked and everything was clean and in great condition. The pool and tub were amazing and plenty of toys to play all day and relax at night. Our next trip back to wine country we will definitely be back. The house is so quiet you just forget all your troubles. The Kitchen and grill were a bonus. We ate in almost every night and did S’mores on the fire pit.
