“Lovely home, great location; thank you for letting us stay 💕”

“The views were absolutely unbelievable, and the property had tons of room for our whole group. The pool was a fantastic feature and gave our family a great place to relax and spend time together. My nephews especially loved the putting green! The home included extra foldout chairs when we needed more indoor seating and so many thoughtful touches, especially in the well-stocked kitchen. We also loved the game room, separate outdoor firepit area, yard games, and swings. The layout was perfect for a large group, with doors separating the bedroom areas so anyone needing rest could still enjoy a quiet and peaceful space. Dana truly thought of everything, and the property offered so many wonderful places for our family to gather and have fun. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“We had the best time! The house is clean and beautiful. Super close to downtown with Ubers. Thank you!”

“The BNB at Santellan Winery was worth the cost and was convenient to town and for what we needed. The owner of the winery was on property doing work and harvesting, which eas no problem for us. He was personable and offered to help if we needed anything. The winery didn't appear to be open, so I can't speak about the winery itself, but the unit had the basics we needed for several days. I appreciated the paper products, toaster oven and smart TV for downtime. The place was spacious enough for the two of us. If we are in the area again, we would consider this location for the price and convenience.”

“A private location with a nice double deck area. We were met with deer, wild turkeys, quails, hawks, squirrels, vulture hawks, chickens, and lots of deer families. The back area was so private we just enjoyed the view and the night skies. We grilled and sat by the fire at night. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Fireplace was amazing by the t.v very clean house and the washer and dryer were a plus to do laundry. Before we left we cleaned sweeped and made sure we left Kathy’s place better than when we arrived. Why because respecting her place like it was ours was a must. Close to down town and markets and farmers market and good eating areas and cafes. It really is the heart of Paso Robles. Anyone who stays here, you will live it plenty of space for 6 people. Our stay was peaceful and beautiful. My queen and I enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you Kathy”

“This property was perfect for our family reunion! Super spacious and had all the amenities we needed! The host was responsive and addressed all issues at hand. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Great stay, great host!”

“We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful ranch while celebrating my father-in-law’s birthday. It was the perfect place to get together with family, relax, and make some special memories. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and had such a great atmosphere. Everything was comfortable and welcoming, and the host was wonderful and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. We would definitely love to come back again!”

“What an amazing hilltop home with view for miles! We used it for a small work celebration and it was spacious and so much fun! Kathy was quick to reply to everything and I will never forget morning coffee as the sun rose over the hills.”

“Enjoyed our stay here - Kathy was extremely responsive. Couple of very minor issues that came up were handled very promptly. An excellent experience overall”
