“The villa was everything we imagined! Loved the view of the lake-spotting an alligator and watching the fish jump. Beach was an easy walk and also pool. Villa had everything we needed…beds very comfortable.”

“We paid a lot for 4 nights - but prime summer season w nice ocean view and nice unit. What was disappointing was that the balcony is close enough to the pool pumps that you hear them all of the time. That along w the air conditioning unit from the condo being on the porch wall, made enjoying the balcony almost impossible. Maybe these are not issues if not in the middle of summer but it was less than ideal for us - especially given the amount we paid.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan's place with our daughter, her husband and our two grandkids. We liked the ocean facing veranda, and convenient location to the pool and boardwalk to the ocean.”

“Price and quality misaligned. Unit presents as represented. Good location, safe and clean. To be fair however, price does not match the austere amenities and noticeably used furniture. Whether at “in season rate or not”, the nightly rate for the unit, is aspirational and a stretch at best and exceeded Litchfield BTS direct price for clone unit by 500.00+. The bed is comfortable. A few nice tweaks and this would be a great spot. But I feel gouged. We checked out per instructions - clean and tidy, w/pics to ensure zero misunderstanding.”

“The condo was located close to the beach access, tennis courts, and pools. It is as described and we would return without hesitation. There was plenty of furniture to enjoy the deck overlooking the lake. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and pans. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms and showers nice. The upstairs bedroom did not cool as well as the downstairs, although this is to be expected. There is plenty of parking. The community is located ideally near stores and restaurants. The beach is nice and large.”
