“This home was so worth it. The neighborhood was great! It was right around the corner from the beach (just a quick ride on the golf cart). & every bedroom had its own privacy and bathroom. Overall, just a great place for a family vacation.”

“Our group of 23, including adults and kids from five families, had a great stay. Having seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was a huge plus. The house was clean, spacious, and the three refrigerators were perfect for a large group. The beach is about a 10–15 minute walk. While a golf cart was included, parking near the beach wasn't practical, and we never received a response when we requested the code for the closer beach access. We also noticed fire ants in a couple of bathrooms, and each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper, so bring extras. We couldn't find a wine opener, and after notifying management, we never received a follow-up and had to buy one. Several adults also felt the golf cart brakes needed attention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with better communication and a few maintenance improvements, it would be excellent.”

“We booked a *very* last minute stay in this property knowing it was atypical of the properties we would normally rent, but we wanted to experience 30A and have a decent beach view so this place fit the bill. The best part was we were able to park and stay parked for the 4 nights we were there with the necessary amenities walkable. This unit is located above Shelby’s, so we enjoyed their live music each night from our balcony and in the mornings we enjoyed our beach view (while not unobstructed, very generous). Beach was a breeze to access. Of note, because this is a corner unit with lots of wonderful windows it’s BRIGHT even with the shades drawn. If you are sensitive to the light, bring a sleep mask. It’s also at the corner of an intersection, so it’s not the quietest place, but some ear plugs will solve that. For us, the convenience of the location trumped all that.”
