“The is such a cozy little house in a locations that’s literally steps from the beach. The house has everything you may need to vacation from cookware to beach toys. The house was clean and well maintained.”

“The house was beautiful, but the amenities was terrible. Lotta broken items. Lots of kitchen dirty items. I always stay on Airbnb and other rental properties that had everything in the kitchen. There is lots of items in the kitchen was not clean. I had to even check out earlier because there is a lot of issue. TV was not working. Only one Room was working. There is lots of remote control and none of them are working the lamp in the bedroom was not working the chairs out side was broken. The pool was dirty on the side, I didn’t enjoy it at all. And check out next day”

“We really loved our stay here! The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The place looks recently renovated. Very few things that could still be improved. The walk to the beach is very short. We were there for Labor Day and the beach was very calm, no big crowds. The street right out front gets a bit busy at times, but we had no trouble crossing. For food, most of the nearby spots are food trucks. The food is great, though they can get pretty crowded. We went to other restaurants, they’re about a 15-minute drive away. The time zone does change when driving, so we were thrown off a few times. Overall it was a great place. We’d definitely come back and stay again!”

“My buds and I booked this location for one of our friend’s bachelor party. It was absolutely perfect for the occasion. Everything was exactly as advertised. There were several other options with different amenities, but the selling point for me was the couch in the living room. If you’re looking for a cool, clean spot that has an area in the house where everyone can spend enough time together to actually make memories with each other, this is the place (:”

“Super spacious and walkable! Everything we needed.”

“Overall this property is set up nicely & roomy, partial view of the water & beach. Unfortunately, you have to cross a busy road to beach. Noisy inside also Furnishings are worn & tired. Sofas are uninviting & crying for some sort of cleaning. Beds are less than desirable. Oh, best part.. we arrived to find out that we were not allowed to flush anything in the toilets, including TOILET PAPER!!! They did not disclose this fun fact when we booked the property. Totally unacceptable! The reviews on this property were also sketchy because as I read all of them after we were there, most of them were not even for the property we were staying at! We will never stay at one of your properties in the future.”

“I want to be straightforward with you. The house has a great vibe and real potential, but some cleaning and maintenance issues didn’t match the price of the stay. I’m sharing this so you’re aware, not to discourage you. With a bit more attention to detail, the property could easily offer a much stronger experience for future guests. You’ve got a solid foundation — it just needs some focused care to really shine.”

“Great location and beautiful beach! Our biggest disappointment was the shared pool. We specifically chose this property because of the pool, but it wasn’t usable when we arrived and didn’t clear up until the last two days of our stay. We own a pool, so we understand that issues happen. What was frustrating was learning they knew about the problem several days before our arrival, but we weren’t told. Both we and the neighbors in the other side of the duplex had to repeatedly reach out for updates. There were also purple flags and lots of jellyfish in the Gulf that week, so not having the pool was especially disappointing for the kids. Obviously the ocean conditions weren’t the host’s fault, but we should have been told before arrival that a major amenity wasn’t usable. We loved the location and beach and were glad to enjoy the pool our last two days.”
