“I’m a person that’s very picky, but I will be looking at renting this Airbnb again.”

“We had a beautiful time at the house. The couch had stains and a couple pieces of the furniture were broken but nothing that prevented us from having a good time. The location was close enough to the beach that we could walk and the neighborhood was peaceful.”

“Perfect location if you want to bring your boat or rent one. We got this Airbnb specifically because of the dock and proximity to the bay for fishing. Great location close to restaurants and grocery stores, too. It’s currently for sale, so I get that the owners aren’t too keen on upkeep or improvements. Lightbulbs were out in almost every room, bar stools were very rickety, and there was a bedside table that was so loose and rickety that you didn’t want to touch it or put your drink on it. I’d recommend bringing your own beach towels (there are none), and your own pillows. Theirs are incredibly flat. Overall, would rent again for the location and dock, and pool was nice to dip in on hot afternoons.”

“Overall great place. Clean and spacious. Having extra beach chairs there for us to use was also a huge plus. Only gripe was pretty slow internet for streaming and not enough paper products.”

“Big house however the house layout was not what expected. 2 bedrooms unattached to the main house. This feature was listed on the description of the property. It did not have enough pots and pans for large families”

“Not a luxury property. Very pricey. Close to the beach. Parking at the beach is very limited and extremely crowded. Most of the bathrooms have a bathtub. Property is a little dated. If you don't like the living area and kitchen on the 2nd floor, I would not recommend booking. Kitchen and living area was enough for 12 people. The kitchen chairs and the dining room table chairs were uncomfortable. Overall stay was good.”

“The owners made things difficult with their many demands, preventing us from truly enjoying our stay. Everything else was fine.”

“The house was as described; however we spent the entire trip killing large and small cockroaches which negatively impacted how comfortable our family felt in the house . The rental company advised they would hire pest control after we left, but there was nothing further done for how it impacted our trip.”

“On our way to the rental I received a message from the host saying the pool was under construction and not usable. When we arrived (@8pm) and entered the home we came across a cockroach. When we sat at the dining room table to regroup, one of my group almost fell due to a broken leg on a chair. The host never responded to me saying the pool issue was not acceptable.”
