“We had a great stay at 510 Yacht Harbor. :) Everything was as expected based on the photos and description. Host was very helpful, responsive and proactive. The property and condo were very clean, well appointed, and the neighborhood (Wild Dunes/Yacht Harbor) is quiet, peaceful and well maintained. Highly recommend! Thank you!”airbnb

“Seascape 315 was a fabulous unit. Inside was pristine, extremely clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Deck was lovely overlooking the pool and very close to the ocean. There is a sandbar a little ways out that you can walk out to during low tide from a short walk down the beach. We thought the unit was facing perfectly between east and south so the sun does not come pouring in on the deck which would’ve been extremely warm. Our contact Alec was very helpful and responsive. The only slightly negative thing is due to erosion on the beach you must enter the beach via the complex next-door, but it wasn’t too bad. I would highly recommend this unit.”airbnb

“So close to the beach, you could hear the waves crashing. If you turned the pool chairs to face out at the water, you could have the best of both worlds! The beach was not busy at all and the condominium complex very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this condo and go again. Wild Dunes is also a gated community that’s very large along the beach so you felt very safe and we often left our things at the beach and pool with no problems at all.”airbnb

“Great spot, quiet and near ocean. Porch staircase in bad need of repair, center riser is rotten...kitchen is really nice, well appointed with appliances for those who like to cook. Mattress on bed probably needs replacing soon...very soft and soggy feeling. Bathroom is very nice, shower is super. Very convenient to restaurants and to Wild Dunes golf if you're a golfer.”airbnb

“The location was great, there were minor wear & tear items including peeling wall paper and a well worn bed that could use replacement. Overall this was a great ocean side condo to experience Wild Dunes.”airbnb

“Overall, we loved this house and location at Wild Dunes. It was walkable to the resort amenities and to the beach. Only issues were these: 1) We weren't allowed to use the walkable amenities, including the fitness center, tennis courts or main pool/jacuzzi. 2) We were only provided with bare minimum towels (for example, only 1 hand towel for each bathroom, 1 bath towel and washcloth per person, and only 4 well-worn beach towels; since there was only 1 sunny beach day while were were in town, we made due) 3) We were thrilled with 3 of the 4 bedrooms, but it wasn't mentioned that the room with 2 beds is on the 3rd floor (also, it was hot) - with no bathroom on that level. So, while we'd planned for our daughter and her grandma to share the room with 2 beds, we couldn't let my elderly mother-in-law stay a full story up from a bathroom (didn't want any middle of the night falls down the stairs!), so had to reshuffle room assignments. Would have likely chosen a different home had we known.”airbnb

“While the view is unbeatable and the access to the beach is nice (although the original access is washed out and blocked off - there is now a new access point you have to walk to), the property isn’t as accurate as I’d hoped. First of all, the Wild Dunes gate attendants are HORRIBLE rude. Secondly, they are doing construction on the buildings next to you so you hear that all day long plus there’s trash in the parking lot. Lastly, the building and place of stay have tons of blemishes (cracked paint peeling from walls, door knobs on crooked, etc). It just doesn’t feel worth the full price and should be discounted until at least the construction next door is done. Overall, it’s a fine place to stay (one huge plus was how quickly you could get a hold of someone for help via messenger) - it’s just overpriced.”airbnb

“We really wanted to stay in 304 D which had luxury furnishings and an extra bedroom but someone got to it before we did so decided to stay in this one - This one looked good in the pictures but the furnishings are Ikea and very flimsy. We were left old rusty beach chairs that only sat upright- the freezer had no ice maker and all of this would have been acceptable but we were charged more than 304 D like it was comparable - it is not even close. All of the dishes look like they came from the dollar store and the bathroom trash container was half there. This unit would be ok for a much cheaper price but not ok when it is priced like the more luxurious condo’s.”airbnb
