“The condo is absolutely gorgeous, with panoramic Mountain View’s. Very peaceful and quiet. This condo had a hot tub and fireplace, which we were able to use in July and August because of the cool mornings and evenings. The condo itself was spacious and nicely decorated. It had all the amenities we needed for three weeks. Many great restaurants nearby. There is a lot to do in the area depending on the season and what you like to do. Dereka staff were super friendly and responsive. We will be back!”

“The management company were very responsive and cooperative. The only issue we had was the dust and cobwebs on the window overlooking the mountains in the living room and the bathtub which was not cleaned”

“We had a great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located with easy access to restaurants and the mountains. While the property could use a few updates, it was still a nice place to stay. The sink water pressure wasn't the best, but it was sufficient for washing dishes. We also appreciated that the host was responsive and quickly helped when we needed the water turned on. We would definitely consider staying here again.”

“The home looked even better in person. It's a beautiful home. The hot tub was warm and ready to go. There was an assortment of cooking utensils and pans to use. The home was ready a couple hours before check-in a 4pm. Overall it's a great place to stay.”

“One of the most amazing views from the top of Sugar Mountain!!! Only one building is higher, so you are at the top with an unobstructed view of all the surrounding mountains. You are also only about 100 yards from the top drop off of the ski lift. This condo was so clean, spacious and peaceful!! Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checkin/checkout!! Highly recommend this place!!!”

“Gorgeous! We are novice snow bunnies, so we couldn’t fully appreciate being at the tippy top right by the highest lift, but wow the views! The property was spacious and cozy. We didn’t get the chance to use the hot tub—next time! Loved the fireplace and all the images of the surrounding area. Also, take the AWD warning seriously in the winter! We rented an SUV and would have absolutely slid over a cliff without it! Thank you for sharing this space. We felt right at home!”
