“We had an amazing stay at this lakefront property and would absolutely return. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. One of our favorite features was the deck with the perfect lake view, plenty of seating, and a covered area that made it enjoyable even when raining. The private dock was great, easy access to the water and a great place to swim and dock our rental boat. The driveway was much better than many others we've encountered in the area, which tend to be very steep and challenging. Having a pool was also a nice bonus! The only minor drawbacks were that the pool area felt a little dated, and the pool heater was not functional. Neither issue took away from our experience, but they are worth noting. Overall amazing stay - we would absolutely book again!”

“Our favorite view yet. Plenty of space, kitchen was well equipped, beds comfy. Really appreciate the included boat slip. Our only complaint was that there were no bath towels.”

“House had a lot of issues. Deerfield Rentals was very communicative and did their best to correct all issues. Upon arrival we saw pest traps, which didn't work. We purchased traps and caught 4 (1 each night). Grill had never been cleaned, DR immediately replaced with a brand new one! Dock kept floating away from stairs. DR tried to fix, we ended up fixing it ourselves multiple times. None of the TVs worked. DR had cable company fix (although it was on our last night there). All dishes pulled out of the cabinets were dirty and dishwasher was full upon arrival. No cleaning supplies were provided (no dishwasher tabs, countertop cleaner...nothing). A lot of the bedding was extremely old and unwashed (and some had pet hair on them). All toilets and tubs and floors were all very clean. Despite all these things we still had a great time with all of our family and we all enjoyed the trip!”

“Beautiful big home and perfect for our family vacation!! We were given the wrong door code but I think this was the fault of the answering service because it was after 5pm. The WiFi password wasn’t capitalized like it should have been but I was able to figure that out. My elderly parents wouldn’t have been able to figure that out. Otherwise very nice home!”

“This was the most gorgeous house the pictures don’t do it justice. The view was so amazing and such a great location! With that being said, for $1000+ a night it was a little upsetting that we could not even have bath towels/hand towels provided and little cleanliness issues with some dirty sheets but overall an amazing stay !!”
