“Cool experience. Wouldn’t book this home again though it was hot our entire stay”

“I’m APPALLED!!! Never made it in. Host sent lengthy rules and regulations BUT never sent key-code. My family and I sat outside this location for 2+ hours (with a 1 y/o) as AIRBNB and myself tried to reach the host. The host never made contact to explain or apologize. The entire situation is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. WE CALLED THE HOST ABOUT BUGS IN THE PLACE AND HE WAS VERY RUDE. REFUSED TO ACCOMMODATE US AND AFTER REQUESTING PROOF OF THE BUGS. WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO WORK SOMETHING OUT HE HUNG UP ON US AND THEN REPEATEDLY DECLINED OUR CALLS. THIS WAS AT ABOUT 8pm MIND YOU SO WE HAD TO CALL AIRBNB AND ASK FOR SOME TYPE OF RELIEF. after airbnb didn’t help us we had to scramble for a last minute hotel just to have somewhere to stay. Overall terrible experience and terrible customer service. If i could add pictures i would.”

“The place was nice inside,the only issue I had was the WiFi/network was horrible. No type of service and it was in and out even with the WiFi connection.The front door needs to be replaced because it looks like it was beat on by someone and hard to lock and unlock.Other than that,beautiful interior.I have no complaints about the inside whatsoever.”

“O condominio é ótimo e bem localizado, porém tivemos alguns problemas específicos nesta torre. Os corredores ficaram sem iluminação durante toda nossa estadia (10 dias), oq foi bem complicado pois voltavamos à noitedos parques com criança e sacolas. Era necessário usar a lanterna do celular para chegar até o apartamento. Avisamos o concierge e a portaria e nada foi resolvido até o final da estadia. Também recebemos um QR code incorreto para acesso ao condomínio, oq prejudicava a entreda/acesso ao condominio. Em 2 noites um barulho alto e persistente. Um zumbido alto, parecia alarme, mas quando amanheceu verifiquei q era uma válvula. Uma pena, pois o condomínio é muito bom. Não sei dizer ao certo quantas torres tem, mais ou menos umas 8, mas apenas 2 tinha a iluminação comprometica. Todas essas questões foram passadas diariamente para o concierge, q ofereceu uma troca de torre, porem com criança e muitas malas fica complicado ficar mudando. Não funcionou a senha numerica da porta.”

“Our stay with Deconova Vacation Homes was very pleasant, and the location was ideal for our trip. We were in town for FIFA Fest, and being within walking distance of the venue was a huge plus. The communication from the host before our arrival was excellent. Since we were flying in from California, we really appreciated receiving detailed check-in instructions ahead of time. The property is also conveniently located next to the train station, making it a great option for guests who enjoy using public transportation. Our only disappointment during arrival was the experience with the front desk. We arrived early and asked about storing our luggage until check-in. The interaction felt very brief and unwelcoming. We were simply directed to scan a QR code, pay $4 per bag, and leave our luggage in a small storage closet with little explanation or assistance. As frequent travelers, we know how much a warm welcome and good customer service can set the tone for a stay, and unfortunately that f”
