“My family and I had a wonderful stay. The space was clean and spacious. My kids loved the decor of the Mickey Mouse room and we enjoyed the pool and the playground area. My only criticism is that it lacked some basic materials that were listed to be available. The kitchen didn’t have any oil, salt, pepper, or any kind of baking dish. I did reach out and they said they would reach out to maintenance, but no one reached out after that. I ended up buying tins, salt, and oil at the store so we could use the oven. They did allow us to have a later check out, which was extremely nice, especially after being exhausted from a jam packed weekend.”

“I have stayed with this community before with no issues . I thought I may have overlooked the first time but the pool with lazy river pictured is not what is booked. This time the private pool was dirty and the place was not clean. I wish I could insert pictures since I was asked for proof but no remorse was offered. The most disturbing thing of all is that my 3 year old picks up someone’s tooth on the floor. Who knows if she put it in her mouth . When I expressed my concern to deconova.. they said they’ll report to housekeeping. No real concerns or a care in the world. Like the recent comments the ac was full blown downstairs but upstairs remained hot . I do not recommend staying here and I am very upset with how my stay was handled and their lack of concern”

“Beautiful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the photos. The host was responsive, helpful, and made check-in super easy. Great location and overall an amazing experience — would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!”

“Had such a nice stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check in was simple, the host was responsive, and everything went really smoothly. You can tell the home is well taken care of. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.”

“I love the place Clean and neat”

“This is my family’s 3rd stay at Champions Gate and everything is as described. The home we stayed this time was clean, check in was smooth and uneventful, however the two issues that we did have which weren’t fun was no access to cable service during the Knicks playoff game which my son and husband were NOT happy about. We put in a ticket and maintenance did attempt to get the television up & running but no luck even from their side, as they couldn’t figure out the user name issue. We traveled to Florida to relax and having no access to cable put a damper on our stay. Second, there were kids in the neighborhood knocking on doors to sell candy which added to the annoyance because again, we were there to rest & relax so having to get up to answer unexpected knocks at the door didn’t make things any better this trip. Still, the house and neighborhood was beautiful and as presented online but no compensation offered from concierge on the cable situation which sucked.”

“When we arrived the bnb was absolutely trashed. The reasoning for it being trashed was “someone breaking in”. The toilets were used and not flushed, towels everywhere, trash all over the house, and the beds looked used. It’s very hard to believe the reason they gave us since it is a gated community. I believe the cleaners did not come by to do their job. However, the house was nice after it was cleaned.”
