“I have stayed with this community before with no issues . I thought I may have overlooked the first time but the pool with lazy river pictured is not what is booked. This time the private pool was dirty and the place was not clean. I wish I could insert pictures since I was asked for proof but no remorse was offered. The most disturbing thing of all is that my 3 year old picks up someone’s tooth on the floor. Who knows if she put it in her mouth . When I expressed my concern to deconova.. they said they’ll report to housekeeping. No real concerns or a care in the world. Like the recent comments the ac was full blown downstairs but upstairs remained hot . I do not recommend staying here and I am very upset with how my stay was handled and their lack of concern”

“When we arrived the bnb was absolutely trashed. The reasoning for it being trashed was “someone breaking in”. The toilets were used and not flushed, towels everywhere, trash all over the house, and the beds looked used. It’s very hard to believe the reason they gave us since it is a gated community. I believe the cleaners did not come by to do their job. However, the house was nice after it was cleaned.”

“I took my time finding what I believed would be the perfect rental home to relax and enjoy my birthday getaway. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Both Friday and Saturday, we were woken up around 8 a.m. by extremely loud renovations taking place directly above us, continuing until after 5 p.m. each day. I immediately reached out to the host regarding the unbearable noise, but I did not receive a response until after checkout. The response I received was simply that they do not own all of the units and that the work was being completed during business hours. At no point was there an apology or any sympathy shown for the disruption this caused. Had this been disclosed beforehand, we never would have booked this property. What was supposed to be a peaceful birthday getaway ended with us feeling exhausted instead of relaxed. I requested a partial refund, which I felt was more than fair considering the circumstances and the photos/videos I provided. Even if the host do”

“Not clean, neighbors on vacation their stuff was stolen from their vehicle. Couldn’t use the downstairs bathroom sink because it is clogged. I reported the issue and no one came to fix it.”

“Towels are hard and cheap. Paper towels, soap, etc the cheapest possible option. No privacy at all with neighbors 10' away. This would have been an ok rental of host spent a little on the amenities.”

“We loved the location close to Disney and universal for either park visit. We also enjoyed the resort and water park for a day off in-between park hopping. I do have a little kiddo so the laundry was a big reason I booked this room and the washer dryer combo is almost impossible to use. it only does about a half load of laundry and the dryer takes well over 4 hours and is still not dry. This made doing laundry almost impossible. I would not book this location if you need to do laundry during your stay and they do not leave any laundry soap for you to use either. There are also nails sticking up out of the carpet in both bedroom entrances if you are barefoot it's a concern. Also one of the toilets didn't fluh properly.”

“The house looks just like the pictures. Nice and clean… One thing that I didn’t like was the temperature upstairs VERY HOT AND UNCOMFORTABLE and the ceiling fan in master bed room up stairs worked when it wanted to . They had someone to stop by to check air and ceiling fan and the problem was Not resolved. Bring several portable fans for the upstairs to make it comfortable when it’s 85 degrees or hotter outside.”

“Let me start off by saying the place was very nice to the eye other than that this was probably one of the worse places i ever stayed and we have been coming to Florida annually the past 7 years. We booked this place for 11 days. Out of the whole 11 days the wifi did not work at all, the TVs would not work. The power actually cut off on us 3 times. My dad had to find the breaker and restart it each time. We paid for the pool to be heated the entire stay and the heat was cut off in the middle of our stay. The ice machine did not work. The AC stoped working for a whole day when it was 88 degrees outside. I communicated all these problems to the owner and every time they either told us how to TRY and fix the problems OURSELVES or said they would send someone out. Lied the first time until i threatened about money back. Spectrum came to fix the wifi the DAY BEFORE WE LEFT lol. I still have not heard anything about any type of compensation NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. 3 kids this trip was TERRIBLE!”
