“For Nightlifers: Perfection. Clean, walkable, one block from the beach, clubs, & nightlife. Has everything to meet the needs of people who are out and about, and nothing more. The add-on offers are a nice touch and it Has a washer and dryer which I love! For Non-Partiers: Clean. It shows its age and the challenge of maintaining an older beach prop. It has a “quick flip” feel with painted over baseboards and overhead “daylight” LED lighting (no lamps). Curtains do not keep out the light. A/C could not cool to a comfortable temperature. Mattresses are thin and lumpy. This is South Beach- the neighborhood is vibrant with music, people, cars honking, and the general loud sounds of people partying. If you want to rest, don’t go to South Beach. In sum- if I were there to party and go to the beach every day, 5 stars! The light seeping around the curtains, temperature, and uncomfortable mattresses were a problem for me.”

“Found a cockroach in the apartment along with nats around the sink. The host only offered me raid spray, no refund and didn't even offer to place me in a different apartment”

“Lo bueno: 1. La ubicación es EXCELENTE! A 50mts de la Ocean Dr. 2. El acceso y estacionamiento es muy bueno 3. Tiene lavadora y secadora funcionales Lo Malo: 1. El edificio y departamento está muy viejo, le falta mantenimiento 2. El mobiliario no es cómodo 3. Las camas no son cómodas, colchones viejos y de mala calidad, las sábanas y almohadas son de muy mala calidad. 4. Las toallas están viejas y gastadas 5. Habían lugares sucios en el apartamento 6. No es un lugar para llegar con familia y menos con niños”

“Great location. Public parking 2 streets over in a garage. The place was decent for one night only due to a couple of minor issues, but nothing too bad. There’s a lady who lives in the complex, and she’s very pushy trying to get money from guests. We didn’t like that at all.”

“Its not airbnb, its like any other hotel / motel. I'd prefer staying in some other hotel instead of paying $$$ for this stay.”

“I don’t recommend this place The beds are really bad. The ceiling fan is making noise like it’s going to fall. The floor was never mopped. Looked like it was built in 1980 really bad experience. Don’t recommend this place.”

“Floor was very dusty and dirty. Furniture and kitchen is extremely worn out. We leave immediately and went to another place.”

“The property person isn’t the most helpful , actually quite rude .. the place itself is beautiful and the area is perfect, but I would definitely try another area down the street before I had to go thru that again.”

“The location was great, very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, which made getting around extremely convenient. The apartment itself was a comfortable size and had good potential. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The building had strong unpleasant odors, and the apartment had a very strong musty, damp smell. The air conditioning units were extremely dirty, which triggered my allergies. Overall, the apartment was not well maintained. The kitchen was in very poor condition and clearly lacked maintenance, which was especially disappointing given how expensive the apartment was. For the price paid, the condition of the unit did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I was not able to sleep well at all. The street noise was very loud, and the bed was very uncomfortable, which made resting very difficult. With better maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to air quality, this could be a much better stay, especially considering the awesome location.”
