“The place is beautiful, but there were issues with getting in and out of the front door. Even after telling them about the lock there was still issues with the lock. Along with stained bedding, and the shower door upstairs being broken.”

“Positives: Location and the view is spectacular! The host was very quick and responsive. VERY spacious, and worked great for our group of 9. Foosball and Video game were fun. Kitchen is very well stocked. Things for improvement: Hot tub didn't have any shock left (but we were able to get resolved in a day), and area around hot tub was a little messy. Screen door to porch was so damaged it wasn't really usable. And some other things were a bit worn, but to be expected with a rental. Mixed messages on "dog friendly" in the different documentation (via airbnb said it was ok, but the binder on table said "no dogs", etc).”

“Beautiful home, in a beautiful location. Only thing I would say, is maybe not the most “elderly friendly” location. Partly my own fault for not researching more, but the beds on the main floor are very high! And the steps are steep to the other rooms/sleeping options! Otherwise I wish I could move there tomorrow!”

“Pros: This was probably the most well supplied Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Plenty of towels, laundry detergent, cookware, spices... The view is gorgeous. The neighborhood was quiet. We had plenty of space for our party of 9. We had to contact the host w/a question & they were responsive & friendly. The king sized beds are sooo soft & comfy. WiFi & smart TV worked great for us. Cons: The couch on the main floor is nice & big, but constantly comes apart & slides around, cushions fall off/get out of place Found some stains on the sheets that I KNOW weren't from us. The hot tub is nice, but the tiles on the patio are extremely slippery when your feet are wet. One of our party slipped & fell after getting out of the hot tub & severely sliced up their toe on a broken tile. It didn't require stiches, but definitely limited the amount of walking they could do for the remainder of the trip. House is just loud. Creaky floors. Open concept - you hear everything.”

“The house was acceptable overall, but several maintenance and safety issues affected our stay. The flooring had large separations that repeatedly caught our toes. The garage had been converted into a recreation room, but the ping-pong table was broken and separated in the middle, making it unusable. The grill also required repairs: its lid was broken, the back burners would not light, and the burner covers on the usable front section were rusted through. On the patio, the lawn chair seats were rotted and did not appear safe to use, so we used the picnic table instead. While getting up from the picnic table, my father-in-law fell and broke his hip. I hope the host repairs or replaces these items before future guests arrive, particularly the flooring and outdoor furniture.”
