“Pros: Big house with several places to sleep, Quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants, 5 bathrooms, Backyard with pool and 2 bbqs, 2 kitchens – one full and one mini Stairs are unevenly spaced, Floor not laid properly, resulting in gaps, soft spots, and several trip hazards, West facing doors and windows leaked significantly when it rained hard, Found a small saw blade on a window sill Slats on two different beds broken, could have caused injury, Smoke detectors were disabled, no batteries, hanging from ceiling, painted over, etc…, Drywall dust covering the walls and inside the kitchen cabinets – had to wash dishes before use, HVAC vents, every single one, caked in dirt and grime – hadn’t been cleaned in months, Dishwasher not installed properly – when loading dishes, it falls forward, Single door facing south not installed properly, fell off hinges when opened, Rental permit expired in 2025 This doesn't include any of minor cons - only ones related to safety”

“Pictures were very in accurate. I believe they were AI generated. Rooms showed carpet and there was no carpet. Pool was dirty, so we couldn’t swim. Code to unlock did not work. Key box would not open. Bathrooms were dirty, sinks and toilet were not cleaned. Cabinets were dirty. Refrigerator and trash can were very dirty. Outside pictures showed patio furniture that were nice and clean but were stained and there was no outdoor carpet. Found a roach in the kitchen. Remotes for tv did not work. Railing for the stairs was unstable. Balcony railing was loose. Minimal decor so it did not feel homely at all. Very bland and sad. Grill was dirty, rusty and old. Some remotes for fans did not work. Upstairs master bathroom outlets did not work. Very poorly taken care of. We will not return and we would not recommend. Very unsatisfied”

“Overall for my family of 4 it was cozy but needs a very well kept up cleaning interior but does provide a very private and quiet location to stay”

“Place was described accurately and worked perfectly for our situation and had everything we needed. Would not recommend for families to stay. There are a lot of minor cosmetic issues with the place but overall it won’t affect the comfortability of your stay.”

“I have rented many places through the Airbnb app and being a phenomenal guest. This place was the absolute worst rental property I have ever stayed in. We had no AC it was 83 to 84° at all times we had to buy extra fans to blow air on us just so we wouldn’t pass out for the heat. Also, they had bedbugs and we were eating alive at night while we were being eaten alive at night. My bed broke from the bottom wood foundation pieces. My daughter‘s bed broke also so we basically laid on the floor. Also, the pool was was dirty the place was dusty very cluttered trash outside a broken couch zero amenities in the property. I will caution anyone that looks at this property to not rent. Absolutely do not rent this property. The photo are very deceiving. You will not be happy and you will not be refunding your money stay away from this place at all cause.”

“The space and how many beds were great. Lots of room for our big family. The property needs a big overhaul. Lots of broken tiles in the pool. The countertop was broken and the pieces were left out on the counter. The floors were disgusting. I found a mop and cleaned it myself. There were no hand towels or washcloths for the bathrooms and kitchen. The pita and pans were old and we didn’t love coming in them. The outside areas were filthy. Stained furniture inside and outside. We would have enjoyed it more if the property would have been cleaned and if the owners would have kept the property more maintained. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.”

“Booked this Scottsdale home for Easter largely due to the advertised BBQ. Unfortunately, the grill was unusable (empty propane) and there was no proper outdoor setup (no table or seating). We notified the host at 7 PM; a solution wasn’t offered until 9:40 PM (buy propane ourselves). By then, we had to cook indoors, disrupting our planned holiday dinner. When we requested reasonable compensation for this inconvenience, it was denied. While issues can happen, the delayed response and lack of resolution for a key advertised amenity were disappointing. Future guests may want to confirm functionality in advance.”

“The inside of the property and location are fine, but if you are booking this spot for their outdoor amenities like I did then think again. The pool was NASTY. For example, there were dozens of zynn pouches at the bottom and a layer of dirt so thick that it made the pool floor look brown. We genuinely thought we’d get a disease if we went in and we’re a group of dudes in our 20s with pretty low standards. We complained right after checking in and they said they would send someone to clean that night but no one showed up until the end of the second day of a 3 day stay. I asked for a refund for the $100 a night pool heating we paid for in advance (since it was unusable) but they refused to return the money. The least accommodating host / worst airbnb experience i’ve ever had. Future guests be warned. Also the gyms trashed (equipment and ropes are rusted or cut). In general the amenities have just been abused and don’t look like the listing. Also the sheets / bedding was mid at best”

“Cockroaches were present throughout unit. I stayed up the entire night trying to capture them and not sleeping. By the time I talked with the host and airbnb about the issue it was 2am and extremely difficult to find any hotel room. I saw a previous review of somebody complaining about cockroaches and asked if this issue has been addressed or I could work with the host to find another unit. They're response was stating how this was a retaliatory review from the previous tenant. I couldn't sleep throughout the night and packed up and left around 7am when daylight was present. Caught a total of 12 cockroaches. 2 were medium sized and the rest were baby sized. Also there was a dead cockroach the size of a key phob underneath sink. Roach excrement above stove in pantry. Also had more cockroaches crawling around stove and walls. Full refund was not given because I stayed through one night since I had no where to go at 2am in the morning. Horrible experience! Do not trust this host!”

“Im sorry but not a 5☆ For starters I tried to cancel my stay that was over $400 for 3 nights because they started sending me texts of a link that says its for verification but it was a actually a payment for something,sadly they do not give you a window to be able to cancel 30 mins after you have booked, so we showed up. The place says modern but the place isn't nice. The bedroom had a bed and the smallest night stands they could fit. No dresser just a small closet. We had to unpack in the living area. Every step you take you can hear the creaking all over, yes you can hear the neighbors. The bathroom wasn't very clean,and the bath towels smelled like they were used for dogs. They did mention you have to park on the street, I didnt know there would be a lot of homeless. There was a homeless out the gate, we were very concerned, one didnt move for 2 days from the same spot. Everything was close, restaurants, art,& bars. Gentrified area for sure. This was my bday trip. Sedona was gorg.”
