“Overall, the home was spacious and had the basic necessities for our stay, and the price reflected what we got. However, the property could definitely use some updates and better maintenance to make it more comfortable for guests. Many of the items provided — including pool towels, bath towels, pans, and cooking utensils — were very worn and outdated. The beds were also not very comfortable and felt unstable at times. One downside was the lack of communication from the host regarding the pool lights, which made it difficult to enjoy the pool area after sunset. Additionally, the main shower had extremely low water pressure, making showers frustrating. Single pane windows did not help with noisy traffic. The home served its purpose for a budget-friendly stay, but with a few upgrades and better responsiveness from the host, it could provide a much better experience.”

“The space and how many beds were great. Lots of room for our big family. The property needs a big overhaul. Lots of broken tiles in the pool. The countertop was broken and the pieces were left out on the counter. The floors were disgusting. I found a mop and cleaned it myself. There were no hand towels or washcloths for the bathrooms and kitchen. The pita and pans were old and we didn’t love coming in them. The outside areas were filthy. Stained furniture inside and outside. We would have enjoyed it more if the property would have been cleaned and if the owners would have kept the property more maintained. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.”

“This house is interesting unique and kind of odd layout. Kind of just felt like it was mad to be an air Bnb and they just added square footage where possible. My biggest issue was they left hair in the shower from previous guest. This makes me feel like nothing was cleaned but rather just picked up.”

“On the day of check in i asked for an early check in and never received a response after asking three times. I had to call in order to get someone to respond about that. Otherwise they were very responsive”

“The common area outside was very nice. The pool was dirty and not circulating. There was no stove only a stovetop with one of 4 burners working. The exhaust fan had a roof shingles stuck in it making a huge noise which I had to remove. The hot water tank was making a poping sound and we could not get cold water at the sinks and the hot water was scalding. There was no dish soap or laundry soap provided. There is no ice cube trays provided. It is obvious that there wasn't any operational checks of the unit before we arrived. There was a fire pit outside but no propane. The bbq was tiny, flimsy and required charcoal which was there but there was no lighter fluid or lighter. We did finally receive most of what we needed but spent a lot of time having to ask and remind the manager who would pass on our requests to a team. All of this should have been in place already and it made our stay stressful and unpleasant. We don't feel we got what we paid for!”

“The property itself was generally as described and communication was responsive during the stay. However, after checkout, there was a reimbursement dispute regarding cleaning and a household item that I did not agree with based on the documentation provided. I would HIGHLY encourage future guests to document the condition of the property carefully BEFORE AND AFTER during their stay and at checkout.”

“The inside of the property and location are fine, but if you are booking this spot for their outdoor amenities like I did then think again. The pool was NASTY. For example, there were dozens of zynn pouches at the bottom and a layer of dirt so thick that it made the pool floor look brown. We genuinely thought we’d get a disease if we went in and we’re a group of dudes in our 20s with pretty low standards. We complained right after checking in and they said they would send someone to clean that night but no one showed up until the end of the second day of a 3 day stay. I asked for a refund for the $100 a night pool heating we paid for in advance (since it was unusable) but they refused to return the money. The least accommodating host / worst airbnb experience i’ve ever had. Future guests be warned. Also the gyms trashed (equipment and ropes are rusted or cut). In general the amenities have just been abused and don’t look like the listing. Also the sheets / bedding was mid at best”
