“Incredible experience! We are so grateful to have found this beautiful property. We had 3 families stay with 2 kids and it was amazing. We used the paddle-boards, kayaks, and walked around the property every day. The home was equipped with everything you could ever need and no stone was left unturned. There’s even sound machines in every bedroom. Communicating with the host/management was easy via text, and they responded quickly. You immediately feel warmth and coziness the moment you walk in, and that feeling only grows. It’s a 10 min drive from downtown and Sandpoint is adorable. A really magical property. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer. Thank you!!”

“The house was nice and looked out over weeping willow trees. Very quiet off season. About a 7 minute walk to the lake trail. The restaurant at the marina The Dish (4 minute walk). Sits right on the Marina and the food is excellent. We had a few things that needed fixing and the management company came right out. The guys were professional and kind. Would rent this house again.”

“This amazing place is located right on the water with all the amenities you will need. My kids loved the bunkbed room, all the games and puzzles, and the whole family loved the kayaks. There is no better way of starting your day than with coffee on the back porch watching the local eagles flying. Amazing. Thanks for the great stay and memories.”

“Our family of four stayed here for a long soccer tournament weekend for our oldest son and it was great! Highlights: - The dock was incredible. - Fire pit was well stocked with firewood - Yard was great and we used it more than we thought we would (yard games we brought, soccer, etc.( - Living room had super soft blankets in the chest under the window (we didn't find these until the last morning so be sure to use them!) - Hot tub was clean and easy to use Great communication with the host and no issues!”

“We absolutely loved our stay! There were 9 of us, including our adult children & new grandbaby, and the house was perfect for our group. Spacious, clean & incredibly comfortable. The open kitchen/living area was great for cooking & eating together, playing games & relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of towels and parking, nice linens, great furniture. The house worked well with a baby because noise didn’t carry between spaces. The waterfront location was the highlight! We brought our boat and utilized the lift. We loved the calm water off the dock for swimming & paddle boarding, while being just minutes to Lake Pend Oreille for wake surfing, exploring, and sunsets. The 2 paddle boards were a little older but still worked great. We loved the hot tub size and cleanliness. We boated into Sandpoint, using the community dock downtown. Panhandle Cone & Coffee was a favorite! Responsive management who have truly thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again.”

“Great place to stay on about an acre of land with other homes within eyesight so it’s not totally isolated, which was good for our family of four. Easy access in and upon departure. About 15 mins into Sandpoint and 30 to Silverwood so very proximal to the primary places.”

“Had a great stay for a visit with four generations of family together. We each were happy with our accommodations - having main floor access for our super senior and having a king bed for parents next to the kid’s room with everyone having their own bathroom and shower worked great. The home was beautiful and spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and dining area were great for our meals, and we found everything we needed and as described (clean! Usable!), from the grill to the hot tub. The real highlight for us was having our boat in the water and ready to go for slow cruises of the slow and higher adrenaline rides on the lake. We were able to boat into town for shopping and dinner easily. Dock was in great shape. We also made use of the paddle boards, floaties and outdoor dining area. My daughter really enjoyed picking strawberries and blackberries! The landscaping was really lovely and well planned and maintained. Instructions were clear and hosts super responsive. Hope to come back!”

“We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful log cabin! The location was perfect. It was quiet and we loved watching all the boats & jet ski go by and we even saw a seaplane land a few houses down from us. It was a great place for our family with lots of room for the kids to play. Our host was easy to communicate with & we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful lakefront getaway.”
