“Beautiful location. Plenty of space for me and my five bridesmaids to spread out and stay up late/get up early without disturbing each other. Swimming off the beach was so much fun and we were even able to get our boat rental to pick us up from the dock directly. Hot tub was lovely after a long day and having dinner out on the deck at sunset was fantastic. Unfortunately the cleanliness did not do the property justice nor did it feel appropriate for the high price I paid. The couches are stained and smelly, there was used tissues on the windowsills, hair and sand all over the floors, and one of the bathrooms smelled like urine. We had to wash the sheets on three of the beds bc they were not changed after the last guest, they smelled like men's cologne, were stained, and there was sand in the sheets. We alerted the host and they sent the cleaners back and some of the issues were resolved but we had to spend a lot of time cleaning ourselves due to this and the lengthy check out to do list”

“What a fantastic place to stay if you are visiting the Greenwood Lake area! Dan and Tara are absolutely stellar hosts with a beautiful space. We loved where we were on the lake (walkable to amazing coffee, ice cream and food) a three minute drive to the downtown area and local beach. The space itself is lakehouse perfection and suited every single need we had. Kayaking out on the lake in the mornings and evenings made our trip and were a highlight of the trip. Day trips to Warwick and Sugar Loaf were easy and took no time at all. I will 100% book here again when we are in the area. Cannot rate highly enough.”

“We had a lovely stay. The home is quiet and private wirh outstanding amenities. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna was a plus. We were a group of 6 plus a toddler so having 3.5 bathrooms and four bedrooms was great. It is very close to North Creek for groceries and the shops and close to some hiking trails we enjoyed. Great communication with host! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this Greenwood Lake home! The location right on the lake was fantastic, with beautiful outdoor spaces and plenty of parking, which made everything so convenient. The host was proactive, responsive, and helpful. We especially loved having such easy access to the water—whether we wanted to take the boat out, kayak, or simply jump in for a swim. The property was a perfect spot to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and make the most of everything Greenwood Lake has to offer!”
