D3 Realty & Property Management's guest rating of 4.57 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Everything was wonderful only complaint I would have was we had only one trash bag provided and one roll of toilet paper. The area was quiet, restaurants around were great. Check in was super easy! Over all a great place to stay for a quick getaway!”airbnb

“The area was beautiful and the place was decent value for the area. There are some touchups needed throughout the place. There was a throw pillow that had stains and long hairs stuck to the back side. There was also long hair in the bathroom. Both of us are bald, so wasn’t from us! Other than that, I recommend the place.”airbnb

“The place was nice and in a great location. We had some trouble with the toilet over flowing and wished they would have been a little bit more helpful in that situation since we were on vacation and that’s the last thing you would want to deal with on a vacation. We had some trouble getting the key pad to work to get into our place and also wished they would have been more responsive and helpful in that situation. But overall the place was clean and in a beautiful location.”airbnb

“We recently stayed at this property and had a frustrating experience. The listing advertised that the room could accommodate up to four people, yet they accepted my request for five guests. However, upon arrival, there was only one king-size bed. The listing had suggested the couch was a fold-out, but there were signs under the cushions saying “do not use.” When I contacted the property, they said they do not advertise the couch as a sleeping option, which contradicts what was shown and the fact they approved five guests. Realistically, it’s unclear how five people are expected to sleep there with only one bed. Their solution was to offer an air mattress for my three children, which is not a safe or appropriate arrangement. Thankfully, my in-laws had a suite next door with extra beds, or we would have had nowhere for our kids to sleep. Additionally, the AC did not work upon arrival, though it was replaced the next day after I reached out. Overall, the lack of clear sleeping conditions”airbnb

“Pros-location, layout, nice pantry storage in kitchen, hard floors were nice, complex is beautiful, great pool. Cons-worn worn worn -from furniture to towels. Kitchen counter is nice but cabinets were just repainted and are chipped. We were not informed until 24 hours prior to renting, that there was a beach refurbishing going on and it included heavy machinery and noise -right in front of complex our week. Also a crane was doing exterior work on complex the whole week right in front of the balcony. Had a fire alarm at 5 am one night (out of your control), but just added to the craziness going on. Most of the drawers were full of linens.”airbnb

“The place was very cramped. From the start we had problems with the locks. The codes provided at first were not correct. Our key pad was malfunctioning/dying and beeped every minute. I messaged the host via the app and received no response, my boyfriend called with no answer, they responded to only a text that said “take the batteries out”. There were no cups/cutlery. Our toilet ran constantly. The positive of this property is the location. We were right on the beach, which was wonderful. The room and pool area were clean.”airbnb

“The studio was as described. Efficient but all we needed for a long weekend. Parking was an issue even with additional parking across the street. There were A LOT of people without passes in their windows which took spots away from those staying there, one night we had to park in the grass and hope the car was still there in the morning. We reached out for suggestions from the host but never heard back the entire stay. There were 5 guests in the complex who were running into the same issue when we stood out in the parking lot debating what to do. One other family has their host offer to pay for the $20 spots next to the complex. Otherwise, great area to stay. Pool is literally right out of the door and the beach is a stones throw off the back. Easy access to restaurants.”airbnb
