“The property isn't as well maintained as pictures appear. The area was rundown and in need of updates. The indoor water area seemed clean but the outdoor was not maintained well. Workers didn't seem happy to be there”

“For what my group paid it wasn't as expensive and as nice as a kalahari but worth it for the Waterparks and zip lining amenities with a lot else in the Wisconsin Dells area. However the first thing we saw outside of the elevator to our room was animal poop.”

“Responsive management. However the resort this room is located at did not clean our room in time for check in so we had to wait awhile longer. Otherwise great place to stay and more secluded than the actual hotel which was great.”

“Had 5 ppl staying with us. Only one roll of toilet paper for all of us only 6 towels and 4 wash cloths. Had to call multiple times to get supplies before they showed up. Request for beds and trash to be taken out multiple times. Finally brought extra towels , toilet paper and took the trash out on the second to last day we were there. No hot water once we arrived back from our day out. Had to go across the resort for breakfast. Cashier at the arcade was rude.”

“A great place to stay- large room with multiple beds to accommodate our family needs. Looks like they are actively remodeling and updating. The check in process was unnecessarily complicated. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities available on-site as well as the Dells area. This was perfect for our modified summer vacation complicated by hazardous smoke in the area.”

“Overall good experience, but they did try to charge me an additional fee at check in.”

“Place was as pictured. View of golf course. Villa seemed mostly empty, but we did have people on the floor above us that we could hear at night. It would have been nice since the villa wasn't booked fully if we didn't have someone above us.”

“Overall disappointing experience. Floor was very dirty and despite asking multiple times to have it vacuumed nobody ever came. We have an 8 month old and didn’t feel comfortable letting her crawl on the floor. There were visible crumbs from prior guests. Also no extra garbage bags and no way for us to clean up the floor ourselves. The fridge and kitchen sink were leaking and the oven door didn’t shut properly. The resort is fun place for kids, but in the future I would strongly suggest booking through the resort rather than going through Airbnb.”

“Was a nice stay. The screens to the balconies could of used some maintance and the fridge that was all dented up. All together it was a nice stay and my family had a great time.”
