“Unfortunately, this property did not match the description. It was dirty, significant staining on furniture, broken and missing appliances, and inoperable furniture in bedrooms. The company was quick to respond and said twice that they’d send someone out, and never did. I’ve stayed with this company in Charleston before and our stay was perfect. Clearly this property needs review and inspection.”

“Absolutely great location. Great view. We rode motorcycle from Indiana to Savannah Ga, stayed here on our way back to Indiana following the coast. Will be back to stay longer next time”

“Walkable location. Can be noisy, with people leaving the bars at night. The place has a lot of sleeping space. The cleaning crew was not very good.”

“The location is truly 10/10 - just a very short walk to the beach! We loved the neighborhood and how close the unit was to local shops and restaurants. It felt very family friendly, and we especially appreciated the beach chairs and toys provided. Nice touch having a hose outside the unit to wash the sand off, too. That said, there were a few downsides. If the upstairs unit is occupied, the downstairs unit can be quite noisy, as you can hear footsteps and movement very clearly. The unit is also very white, which made stains and wear from previous renters more noticeable. Overall, the cleanliness was below what we expected for the price, particularly in the bathrooms. We also had some issues with the washer/dryer not working very well. Overall, the location and amenities were great, but the cleanliness and noise level made it feel less worth the price point.”

“Description did not disclose that you could hear every footstep & every word spoken in the upstairs unit above you. There were 10 college girls that were yelling & screaming & falling down (shaking the whole house) for 2 nights straight until past 2:00am. Sent the mgmt videos of how loud they were being & told them what a horrible experience we had had & they didn’t even offer to give us a credit. Don’t feel like it was worth the almost $1400 we paid for 3 nights. The walls & floor were paper thin & you could literally hear everything. Had I known that we would have just paid more to have the upstairs unit so we could have at least enjoyed our stay in peace.”

“The location was amazing and the team was so nice and communicative. It is a lot more worn than the photos so would keep that in mind when it comes to cost!”

“The place is nice and spacious. 25 minute walk to historic downtown. There are many great places to eat close by. However, if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend booking it because of the consistant traffic and construction noise. There is no communication with the managing company after work hours, so if you need anything in the evening, you are on your own.”
