“My husband had a great stay with his friends at 2 Luxury Homes w/ Patios 1 Block from King St. The properties were extremely clean and well maintained when we arrived, which immediately made our group feel comfortable. We stayed for 5 days with a group of guys.  The houses were stocked with plenty of supplies and essentials for the entire trip, which was really appreciated.   The location was also perfect — being just a block from King Street made it easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and everything we wanted to do. One of the homes did have a broken AC system during our stay, but portable AC units were in place. The rental company was initially unaware of the issue, but once it was escalated, they were very responsive and worked with us toward a positive resolution. We really appreciated their professionalism and communication throughout the process. Overall, we had an awesome experience and would definitely stay here again.”

“Hosts were friendly and very responsive but I didn’t need anything because everything was perfect. Stayed in over 1,100 Airbnb going back 15 years. One of the cleanest and most updated ones I have ever stayed in. Already recommended it to friends and family.”

“Description did not disclose that you could hear every footstep & every word spoken in the upstairs unit above you. There were 10 college girls that were yelling & screaming & falling down (shaking the whole house) for 2 nights straight until past 2:00am. Sent the mgmt videos of how loud they were being & told them what a horrible experience we had had & they didn’t even offer to give us a credit. Don’t feel like it was worth the almost $1400 we paid for 3 nights. The walls & floor were paper thin & you could literally hear everything. Had I known that we would have just paid more to have the upstairs unit so we could have at least enjoyed our stay in peace.”

“The place is nice and spacious. 25 minute walk to historic downtown. There are many great places to eat close by. However, if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend booking it because of the consistant traffic and construction noise. There is no communication with the managing company after work hours, so if you need anything in the evening, you are on your own.”

“Lipstick on a pig. Remember that pictures can be very deceiving. Broken lights, TVs didn’t work at all. Maintanence had to come the next day just to get a TV on. When you’re there only 2 days and the NCAA final four is showing made it very difficult. The furniture is a grade lower than IKEA. Patch stains all over the walls. Felt like a fraternity house for the price they charged.”
