“We recently stayed with Crown Vacation Rentals and overall had a good experience. The location was exactly as described in the Airbnb listing, and it was perfect for our time away. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of towels and other supplies we needed during our stay. I would recommend this property for one or two people max. The only downsides were that the unit felt somewhat outdated, and parking was a challenge even though the listing has a designated car port. We were instructed to park in a lot across the street, which wasn’t far, but when arriving late at night the lot was often full. On several occasions, we had to park farther down the road, resulting in about a five-minute walk back to the unit. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable place in a great location, and it worked well for our getaway.”

“Due to a severe winter weather storm we were in need of a shovel to get the car snow free The person at the desk told us "most people bring their own shovel, I have none to share right now" We had an issue with returning rental equipment from a close by ski resort, due to a severe winter storm all roads and the resort were closed, the front desk refused to store, or help storing the rental equipment. The tone was unfriendly, and made us feel like "stupid city rats". Unfortunate, because we did enjoy the studio apartment, the area, and the view very much. Hopefully we will find a more helpful and friendly desk person.”
