“Great location for a ski trip. It's cozy and just the right size for a small family. Functional kitchen with dishwasher. The only thing I want to mention is when too many people are taking showers at the same time, there will be not enough hot water so you have to wait. Otherwise everything is good.”

“Due to a severe winter weather storm we were in need of a shovel to get the car snow free The person at the desk told us "most people bring their own shovel, I have none to share right now" We had an issue with returning rental equipment from a close by ski resort, due to a severe winter storm all roads and the resort were closed, the front desk refused to store, or help storing the rental equipment. The tone was unfriendly, and made us feel like "stupid city rats". Unfortunate, because we did enjoy the studio apartment, the area, and the view very much. Hopefully we will find a more helpful and friendly desk person.”
