“The trailers look nice but you can smell animal (cat/dog)scent in the white trailer seems like it was ammonia sent mixed with pets couldn't stay in that trailer the other one was nice smelled way better wish we were able to use the separate rooms. I should start reading more reviews.... but other than that I seen a tiny enemy (roach)”

“Reserved this place for a one nighter. Just needed a place to lay my head for the night. If you are 6ft and above, the master bed will not be your friend. Your feet will dangle at the bottom of the bed. There are no lamps and the main lights are very bright. Other than that, mission accomplished!”

“We truly enjoyed our stay here it was nice and it had a suitable amount of room for my family. The only thing is I wish the beds were bigger as they were tight in both main rooms for the couples but overall that’s my only complaint”

“This place was great for our needs. Walkable to our favorite spots in Thornton Park. Good for a cozy couple. There was an issue with possible termite damage, but that has been communicated with the host and they are addressing it right away. The only other issue is to make sure guests in all three units understand the parking instructions, especially to not block the driveway. The host was very helpful and responsive when it came to addressing the issues. The pricing could be adjusted lower until this place reaches its potential.”

“Overall, this was a solid stay, especially if you're attending an event at the Kia Center. The location was very convenient, the hosts were communicative, and check-in and checkout were both simple and straightforward. The parking setup is a little awkward, but I appreciated that it accommodated two vehicles. The biggest downside was the condition of some of the furnishings. One of the pillows was extremely thin and worn, and the living room furniture really needs to be replaced. It was flimsy, separating at the seams, and uncomfortable enough that it was almost unusable. Some of the towel rods and other hardware were also pretty worn and felt cheaply made. We were also required to use a third-party app and pay an additional $45 non-refundable security/deposit fee. This was disclosed ahead of time, but it still felt unnecessary and would be better incorporated into the advertised cost of the stay. “The house itself was beautiful. However we were supposed to stay and ended up checking out after a day because of how dirty the place was, our neighbors were banging on the walls at 3am, there were bugs in the master bedroom, and our feet were black from walking barefoot. It’s a nice place, it really just needed a good cleaning. It didn’t even look like it was swept or mopped.”

“The place didn’t match the vibe shown in the photos; it looked older and had issues with finding the location. The restroom was clogged, and there was a strange drain all over the kitchen. Additionally, there were instructions left on a third-party website, Crashpods, which I was prompted to use for check-in. I was also asked for a damage waiver of $ 47 or hold off 1000 dollars, which I paid with no other option. The place was not worth the money, and I feel cheated due to unnecessary third-party involvement, even after the Airbnb check-in.”

“Never had an experience like this!!!! Check in was horrible pictures didn’t match size. The place was filthy blood and dirty socks in the bathroom nasty shower curtains sheets weren’t fresh and we saw many bugs me and my family checked in late and spent our first couple hours cleaning the place to our expectations to make acceptable for the remained of the evening for the kids (which included washing the sheets and cleaning the bathrooms top to bottom)until we could make better accommodations after explain to the host the place was left dirty they gave a partial refund which felt was unacceptable”
