“Cliff’s place was great and we had a wonderful stay! The location and views were great, the inside was comfy, and there were good household items available (bath towels, kitchen supplies, blankets, etc). We received lots of communication before our stay and before checkout regarding rules and expectations from our host which was super helpful. It was a bit tough bringing sheets for every bed on a short weekend stay from out of town, so I’d recommend a full week where sheets are provided or the local linen rental. Paper products like toilet paper and paper towels were also not provided so be sure to hit the store on your way in! Overall, really enjoyed our stay here and would stay with Cliff again.”

“Cliff was an outstanding host. He was very responsive and accommodating. The unit we rented from him was a great size. It offered partial ocean views. The elevator was convenient for one of our handicapped family members. Unit was well stocked and clean. I’ll be happy to rent from him again!”

“Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Cliff's place at Ocean Isle Beach over Labor Day weekend. His place was spacious enough for our large family and dog, very clean and full of extras such as games and even dog toys and treats! The kitchen was well stocked, the place was very clean Cliff was extremely attentive and accommodating, he even checked that there was a crock pot available prior to our arrival! The ocean view was beautiful from both decks and the area is our favorite area on OIB, full of families enjoying each other as we were. I wouldn't hesitate a moment to book with Cliff again!”

“We had such a wonderful stay at this condo in Ocean Isle! From beginning to end, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was fantastic—welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience so easy. The condo itself was beautiful, comfortable, incredibly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was also perfect. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, which made going back and forth throughout the day so convenient. We also loved how close we were to so many great restaurants and everything Ocean Isle has to offer. We enjoyed some amazing meals nearby and never felt like we had to travel far for anything. This was truly one of those places where everything just came together—the condo, the location, the beach, the restaurants, and especially the hospitality. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. We were genuinely sad to leave! Highly recommend!”
