“The house was awesome! Just as the pictures showed, with the exception that the pool was smaller than it appeared, but it worked for us. The indoor/outdoor stereo system was great. The kitchen was well equipped with quality appliances, dishes and cookware. We will definitely be back! The only recommendation I have is to add a remote blind to the patio doors to allow privacy in the evenings.”

“Beautiful home on a nice street, well furnished with quality furniture inside and out. Plenty of boat traffic to watch go by and the oversized pool was very nice. My only complaint would be the lack of wash clothes in the bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again”

“Villa Destiny suited our needs perfectly and in mid-April was a good value. The house was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed including beach equipment, pool floats and a fishing pole as well as enough supplies for our stay and a well stocked kitchen. While there was an in-person check-in and check-out process, it was not at all intrusive and the hosts were very accommodating. The highlight was the pool and spa where we spent the majority of our time relaxing in all-day sun. Quiet neighborhood on the canal was very peaceful and despite us being renters, we felt welcome. I walked every morning and always felt safe day or night. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay!”

“We are unfortunately obliged to leave a negative review for this property. First, the day after our arrival, we were asked (required) to attend a walkthrough. We were surprised, as after staying at five different locations in the Cap Coral area over the past two years, this was the first time we had been asked for a walkthrough after moving in. We pointed out that this was not mentioned in the rental agreement. Despite this, the EU insisted. We were initially misled into thinking the walkthrough would explain the "technical systems of the house," when we replied that we would only be using the appliances and that the pool and other technical systems would not be touched. We were then told that it was essential to meet all the tenants. We therefore pointed out that this wasn't mentioned in the rental offer, and that if such an inspection was required, the contract would be modified, thus justifying a refund. It was only after this refund request that they finally agreed not meet us.”
