“We have stayed here before, we love the location and old school pool and jacuzzi!! Everything was great except the freezer didn’t work, no ice. Maintenance couldn’t fix it. Besides that everything was great.”

“Loved this vacation rental. Wouldn’t hesitate to give 5 stars. Minor things I would mention would be, a full length mirror would be nice and having a table outside to be able to dine on the balcony would make this place even better. One slight criticism would be the fact that housekeeping knocked on the door at 8.30am when checkout was not until 10.00am, making us feel rushed to finish breakfast and leave. Also, they knocked and called “housekeeping” and then immediately entered without waiting for anyone to answer. Not good practice.”

“We stayed in summer and it was very hot with no AC. If the windows are open it faces the I-70 so you will hear traffic all night. It’s pretty run down - the tubs are stained grey on the bottom and there are chips everywhere all over the furniture. The upstairs bedrooms wouldn’t cool down even with the box fans provided and so that was tough but otherwise it was ok but not great. Overall since there are three bedrooms and it’s Vail and the location is good it was fine but the rooms were really hot.”

“Was really excited to stay but due to a medical emergency we could not go. We are repeat customers with Coral Tree but No refund whatsoever, and not able to reschedule. Will not book with them again. Where is the compassion? Are they humans or just computers ready to take the cash. So very very disappointing.”

“Everything was great, but they advertise there was a grill, and we asked them if there was propane, and they said it was all set up for us. When we arrived. There was no grill. There was no outdoor patio. We had all our food with, it was very disappointing! But they refund us some of our money, so that was good”

“The place was clean and the location was good. Check-in was more difficult than expected, and the living room A/C was not working. A portable unit was provided, but it was loud and did not adequately cool the space. The unit could also use some updating, as it feels a bit dated. Overall, a decent stay, but there is room for improvement.”

“I’m usually generous with reviews, but I wish someone had shared these details before we booked. Pros: Amazing location right on the Wailea walking path, beautiful views, a well-equipped kitchen, and easy access to Polo Beach. The unit has higher-end appliances and finishes, though some aspects feel dated. Cons: The AC, bathroom, and laundry all had a noticeable mildew/musty smell. There was construction noise throughout our entire month stay (Mon–Fri). The water filtration system was broken the entire month; we were told they were waiting for owner approval to repair it, but it never happened despite multiple follow-ups. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, and the bedding consisted of only a sheet and thin blanket. Due to allergies/strong AC in bedroom I ended up sleeping on the couch. Overall, the location is excellent, but for the price I expected more. After researching other nearby units, I found nicer options near Ulua Beach at similar or lower rates.”

“Advertised two queen beds but they were in fact double beds and made the stay less comfortable for my kids who were expected to share a bed.”

“Nice place but overpriced. 1 of 2 elevators down since Feb 2026 resulting in long wait times and low water pressure. The grill master which is supposed to be an amenity was out the entire week and grill supplies were not stocked. The unit was nice but over-priced”

“The condo is great and in a perfect location. Unfortunately the furniture wasn’t in proper condition and the carpet was pretty stained. If they had had pay attention to these things, i would have rated it five stars.”
