“Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens/preteens) had a great 3 night stay here! Communication from the owners/managers was excellent, with clear instructions leading up to our stay and throughout. The condo was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Our only (minor) complaint was that the sink drains were slow. Overall our family enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!”

“Overall I’d recommend this stay for a family of 6 or less. We had issues checking in but that was on the booking side of the system…not the employees of this location. We had to wait nearly an hour to be checked in as it was right at 5 pm when we arrived. Once staff arrived our experience was one that you’d expect for this tier of stay. Host was kind enough to respond 15 hours later after sending a message saying “I need assistance” so I greatly appreciated their timeliness. We called phone numbers until we found the after hours maintenance phone number. Location is good in lionshead however you hear I-70 all night with any windows open. Not a major deal but if you’re a light sleeper I’d consider elsewhere. Amenities were as advertised and it was clean with a few crumbs and hairs left from previous guests. Overall, it’s a nice place…but the booking system was subpar”

“The condo was okay. It was a nice location for the family to stay. The apartment could use some updates. It's pretty old. There weren't any special extras that make the stay feel nice (1 hard towel per person, 1 tp roll, no extra trash bags). The hot tub, sauna, and outdoor heated pool made the stay worth it. The kids liked the loft.”

“Older property that could use some upgrades. Hard to find our particular unit at night and the front desk closes at 6pm in October. So when we arrived from the Denver airport after a 4 hour drive we had to figure it out and that was cumbersome. Then the heating issues started - the first night the master was really hot and the kids bedroom was freezing. They were responsive and fixed the issues promptly though. I think the place could use some upgrades for sure- looks older and worn out.”

“There was some scheduling issues with our original unit which was a bummer and our unit number changed twice but thankfully it was before we checked in so we never had to move. We ended up staying in unit #245 and it was nice with a beautiful ocean view.”

“We enjoyed our stay; however, we were surprised by the main pool being closed for construction, and we had to buy ant bait to solve a ant issue. The carpet in the bedrooms had recently been replaced, and it was very comfortable. Great views of the ocean from the patios too. We will book again within this community, but will look for a place closer to the main pavilion/ocean.”

“The place was as described and clean. The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries. I wish there would’ve been a dedicated parking spot since the parking used to get pretty full in the evenings. There were two light bulbs that stayed on throughout the night in the kitchen which disturbed our sleep at night. Apart from these two issues, we had a great stay.”

“We will not be returning to Kaanapali Alii, despite having stayed here before. Impact by a hurricane left us without power and service for 1.5 days. While that’s outside the control obviously of CoralTree or Kaanapali Alii staff, we were left without any support, CoralTree never once checked in on us or offered any support like recommendations to find food. We found the Kaanapali Alii staff to be rude and unresponsive. The Weston next door was more helpful despite not being guests.”

“Very, very nice. It was an absolute pleasure to have a wood-burning fireplace in the condo for those crisp autumn evenings...and they supply the firewood!! The bed was sumptuous; it seemed larger than a king size :) Great view of the treetops and mountains across the street. The only really negative aspect of this condo is the absurd number of automated messages I received, starting at least a week before arrival and continuing - almost daily - up to and including check-out day. On and on about their amenities, how to check in/out, shuttle service to/from the airport (we were DRIVING, for goodness sake!!!), lift tickets (it was September and there isn't even any snow on the ground!), pre-purchase of groceries, download the Snowmass app, download the dining out app, GEEZ!!!!. VERY lengthy messages, all saying the same thing. C'mon, you guys...back off.”

“The location was great! The parking garage is a little tight, but the condo is great. The kitchen could have used some cooking oil”
