“The hosts were very quick to respond anytime I had a question or concern. I reached out saying there was only 3 wash clothes for our group of 6 and no ironing board. The next morning we had these items waiting outside our door. The condo is very nice. Spacious living room and kitchen. And nice bedrooms. Condo is close to the pool and walking distance from parking lot is not far at all. Some negative things - no water dispenser on fridge and no water filter jug. So we had to go buy gallons of water to drink. Twin bed bedroom the door will not shut bc bed is too long. Lastly, air conditioner is very touchy. Sometimes it’s at temp you want it at and sometimes it’s way higher. Something out of hosts control- but there is zero light in the parking lot. So If you leave early or come in late just know it will be pitch black out in the parking lot”

“Excellent location and easy to find. Seamless entry. Accommodation was clean and adequate but outdated. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. The checkout at 10am was a little early for us.”

“Our stay was pleasant and the apartment was very nice. The beds were super comfy and accommodated the 6 of us. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors above and next to the apartment. We slept in the master bedroom and were woken up every morning by the upstairs guests. You can hear the water draining from the above bathroom down the wall by our bed. We really enjoyed the apartment but the noise is definitely a downside.”

“I would like to emphasize that Haley and Tyler are VERY communicative and nice. My friend group and I were excited for our stay. However, when we arrived, there were a few unfortunate things; the cleaning company didn’t make it to clean the place before we got there. There was hair in the shower, dishes in the dishwasher, and the beds looked as though they had been slept in (being turned down and messy). When communicating this to the hosts they were quick to reply and offered to have the cleaning company come, but our stuff was already there and we didn’t feel comfortable with that. Instead the cleaning fee was refunded, which worked out. There was also issues with the front tv, it wouldn’t connect to internet the entire stay, which is not the end of the world but the fellas wanted to watch the football games so that sucked. All in all, very nice people, just wish we wouldn’t have paid that much for these conditions.”

“Fun property for kids with the tall bunk beds and climbing wall. Location was great. Property could have been cleaner. Bathrooms were in need of a deep clean, the floors were sticky, there were crumbs in between the sheets & (stained) mattress protector in bunk room. The sheets in the master had pilling on them. The lack of cleanliness kept us from really enjoying the property to its full potential. I think this place has potential to be fantastic if some of that gets better.”

“This Airbnb is pretty nice! My family and I stopped in Moab for the day and this Airbnb gave us the perfect place to relax. The Airbnb isn’t too far from the downtown area, and I appreciated that it was a little farther out considering that it would’ve been noisier and more crowded. The only negative things worth noting is that the WiFi was pretty slow, and when 3 of us used it, it was better off to just use data. Secondly, the upstairs neighbors were VERY loud. Until almost 11pm, there was constant stomping, children running, and even furniture moving at one point. The noise started back up around 6:45am. Obviously this is out of the host’s control, but did disrupt our sleep a bit. Overall, this Airbnb was VERY clean, parking was easy, and the location is nice. The host is very communicative and responsive which I appreciate.”

“the house is beautiful and the location superb. we had more than enough room for everyone which was amazing. there were just some things that made the stay not as comfortable as it could have been. the water pressure is awful, especially in the kitchen. I have seen others review about the kitchen floor crack for months and it's still there, someone could trip on it. the pillow felt old and flat, and the white comforter had stains on it. the living room TV was almost non functional. There was no casting ability (unless you bring your own casting device), and trying to use the TV's own apps such as Netflix was torture, it was so slow to load and would just quit working. I would suggest the owner put a small step stool in the laundry room as the washing machine is so large (a good thing), for someone who is 5'4, I couldn't reach the end of the drum to get all the laundry out. Overall we had a pleasant stay, but unless the water pressure is fixed, wouldn't consider staying again.”
