“This stay was perfect for me and my family outside of town but still close to the attractions. Would definitely stay again.”airbnb

“Fantastic condo. Well laid out. Comfortable couches. Well stocked kitchen. Two large screen TV’s. Large bath. Hot tub a bonus. Coin operated laundry just below. My only wish would be have been an elevator for us old folk on the second floor. Highly recommend”airbnb

“The location is beautiful, yes it is 10 minutes out of town but worth the drive. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of utensils and pots/pans (tongs, cutting boards, variety of mixing bowls). There is good room for everyone in the living room and chairs available for all. The bed in the master was super soft - if you have back issues, please be aware. We were in a 2BR downstairs and realized it is not a well sound proof place. We could hear the upstairs people getting ready every morning beginning around 4AM. The window in the 2nd BR faced the parking lot with only a shade to cover it. So a curtain would have been better to cover the window to make sure you are not woken up every time others drive in late in the evening. But overall a super clean and well kept facility with access to a cleaning station for rinsing off the Moab dirt and on site 24hr laundry.”airbnb

“Tyler was a phenomenal host with an amazing property. The views off the pack deck were great and the residence was really quiet. Next time I come to Moab I’d love to stay in this spot again.”airbnb

“Perfect for our party of eight. Easy to find, clean, well maintained. We really appreciated the availability of a full sized washer and dryer since we were pretty sweaty and stinky after spending the day at Arches.”airbnb

“This unit was beautiful - the deatils of the build were excellent and everything was better than expected. The views from the front of the unit were amazing as well. Thank you for making our first trip to Moab awesome!”airbnb

“Fun property for kids with the tall bunk beds and climbing wall. Location was great. Property could have been cleaner. Bathrooms were in need of a deep clean, the floors were sticky, there were crumbs in between the sheets & (stained) mattress protector in bunk room. The sheets in the master had pilling on them. The lack of cleanliness kept us from really enjoying the property to its full potential. I think this place has potential to be fantastic if some of that gets better.”airbnb

“This Airbnb is pretty nice! My family and I stopped in Moab for the day and this Airbnb gave us the perfect place to relax. The Airbnb isn’t too far from the downtown area, and I appreciated that it was a little farther out considering that it would’ve been noisier and more crowded. The only negative things worth noting is that the WiFi was pretty slow, and when 3 of us used it, it was better off to just use data. Secondly, the upstairs neighbors were VERY loud. Until almost 11pm, there was constant stomping, children running, and even furniture moving at one point. The noise started back up around 6:45am. Obviously this is out of the host’s control, but did disrupt our sleep a bit. Overall, this Airbnb was VERY clean, parking was easy, and the location is nice. The host is very communicative and responsive which I appreciate.”airbnb

“the house is beautiful and the location superb. we had more than enough room for everyone which was amazing. there were just some things that made the stay not as comfortable as it could have been. the water pressure is awful, especially in the kitchen. I have seen others review about the kitchen floor crack for months and it's still there, someone could trip on it. the pillow felt old and flat, and the white comforter had stains on it. the living room TV was almost non functional. There was no casting ability (unless you bring your own casting device), and trying to use the TV's own apps such as Netflix was torture, it was so slow to load and would just quit working. I would suggest the owner put a small step stool in the laundry room as the washing machine is so large (a good thing), for someone who is 5'4, I couldn't reach the end of the drum to get all the laundry out. Overall we had a pleasant stay, but unless the water pressure is fixed, wouldn't consider staying again.”airbnb
