“We all loved the place. The only issue I had was there was not a banister on the steep stairway.”

“We had such a fun weekend, the hot tub and the deck were great! We didn’t end up having time to use the pizza oven but it looked awesome. We didn’t realize that 1 of the 2 bathrooms was inside the master bedroom so we all had to get really cozy and comfortable with each other haha the AC upstairs wasn’t working while we were there, and I can never figure out Nest so we ended up having to open the windows at night, it got pretty hot. The kitchen was missing some things so we had to go to the store but it was close by. There weren’t any scissors, tin foil, Tupperware, ziplocs, stuff like that, so be aware if you’re going to be cooking. We also couldn’t find the trash bags but made it work! It was a great spot, cute quiet neighborhood, and really close to Snowbird for Oktoberfest and the America First Stadium where we went to a concert. Our group had a great time!”

“The owners have clearly never spent the night here nor tried to find the address using GPS. The address given is really for the alleyway behind the unit, not for the front door.Master bedroom bed was noisy with metallic scraping sat on. Pictures on the wall had fallen from their mat and were loose inside the frame. Master bedroom TV would not stream or functional. Wi-Fi streaming on the main TV was slow and unresponsive. Towels were thin and small. Carpet had stains, drips throughout and on the stairs. Garage door made loud grinding sounds when it moved up and down. It was listed as having access to park recreation, room, and pool. When we tried to get in denied access. Later informed that only residents can use the facility, not guests It was clean, functional in the furniture in good repair. It was not apparent from listing that it was 3 levels; a lot upstairs. Washer and dryer worked well. Bathrooms were clean and comfortable, but need to have adjustable showerhead and shower hose.”

“We had a beyond frustrating experience with this Airbnb. The info on their page is conflicting. They list it as “entire townhouse” and when you search with filters wanting privacy it also pops up. However before check in they send a message letting us know that there is another person living in the townhouse behind a “locked door” but don’t worry because they have a private entrance. With our 5 children this is unacceptable and uncomfortable. If you have an issue with this- don’t book this Airbnb. They were firm and would not refund a penny even though we never set foot in the property. I felt this was rude & unfair. If you scroll down to the bottom of the listing you can find this info but because of the other info I wasn’t concerned and should have read every single word of the listing. This is my mistake but I was very disappointed with how it was handled. It’s already on the expensive end so losing all that money while still having to pay for another place to stay was a hardship.”

“Clean spacious place to stay. The interior was as I expected with a things to note as I don’t think the description adequately depicts them: 1. This is a home not a house, this property is part of a 4 unit building 2. There is NO off street parking. This property has a two car garage with the “driveway” serving also as the thoroughfare for the adjoining properties. This “driveway” spills into a 6 lane road, 3. The host does not want you using the front door. There is an expectation to enter/exit the unit via the garage by using the key pad. They do not give out a remote. A few cons, there is a bug issue in this unit. Upon entering the home there were dead bugs and they seemed to keep popping up. I reported the issue and an exterminator was sent over to spray but the bugs still popped up throughout our stay; everywhere. Lastly, the front door can be seen from the couches. This door is floor to ceiling glass with no curtain or frosted glass. Concerning when traveling solo with kids.”

“We were not made aware that this listing is in violation of Title 21A of the Salt Lake City Code until we ourselves found a copy the notice in the rental unit. The notice was dated 4/9/2026 which was 18 days before our booking start date. The notice dictates that "You are hereby ordered to cure the zoning violations within three (3) calendar days from the date of this Notice and order." Three calendar days from 4/9/2026 is 4/12/2026 which is still 15 days before our booking start date, so the host/rental management had ample opportunity to inform us of this issue so that we could make alternate lodging arrangements. We would not have stayed at this listing if we had known that it was not in compliance with local law, and feel it is the owner/rental management's responsibility to notify us that the listing is no longer legal or valid as soon as they were notified and they never did.”

“House had multiple areas of dog waste in the backyard on arrival. property is barely stocked for use - 1 trash bag, 6 sets of tableware, no dishwasher. its an old house that has not been updated and shows it. basement smells musty. we could have gotten past this if the host had not tried to fraudulently charge excessive cleaning fees at checkout. checkout instructions clearly state no clean up or chores need to be done, then tried to charge for dishes in a sink and trash bags next to the trash can. in addition they had their cleaner plant empty beer cans (we dont drink) and random soda bottles and fast food bags and take photos as proof of why fees were charged. stay far far away from this host and their listings”

“Property management company that runs this place will Nickel and dime. We left at 10:25 and they charged us a $50 fee. On charged an extra $200 for cleaning fee for dishes left in the sink and leaving an energy drink on the dining room table. Says it caused them to delay the same day turnover. Tons of great host and houses in the area, would consider them before this spot!”

“When we arrived the smart lock on the door was in “secure lock mode” and we couldn’t get in. Host was unresponsive and we received no reply from their “24/7 support line”. We ended up having to book a hotel for the night and the host barely apologized. Furniture is not assembled properly and fell apart. Photos don’t show the current furniture / setup. Would not book anything hosted by Conmigo Vacation Rentals ever again. The dog was cute though.”

“First at all they never changed the bed sheets, there were full of hair , all type of different hair, I let the hostess and the platform know about the situation and sent them numerous pictures of the hairs all over the sheets, I asked them to bring some clean sheets and he replied it will be after 10 pm , I of course I was not agreed because I shouldn’t wait that late to bring the clean sheets, so I decided to leave! I definitely not recommend this place !”
