“Honestly, this place worked well enough for our group. It was located about 15 minutes south of the downtown area — depending on the orientation of your plans would likely be a centrally located place. Overall, we think it needs some attention to detail. A deep cleaning would be a priority. A lot of the kitchen items were worn out, scratched pots and pans, etc. which made it challenging to prepare meals. The steps leading downstairs are quite steep, of note for those with smaller children. We bought baby gates for our stay. They did provide a highchair and pack and play.”

“Cute place but very close to the freeway”

“This place needs some real work. When we arrived it didn’t look like the pictures portrayed it. The outside “entertainment” areas are completely overgrown and not usable.”

“Our stay at this Airbnb was good! The place was nice, clean, and cozy, providing a comfortable atmosphere for us. It was spacious enough to accommodate all our needs, and we had a great time. However, we were unable to use the hot tub due to leftover residue maybe from previous guests, which was the main reason we chose this place. It seems it wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. Addressing this would greatly improve the guest experience. Thank you! We would still definitely recommend it to others!”

“I made a last-minute reservation and clearly informed the hosts that we would be arriving between 3–4 AM. They told us this would not be an issue as long as we booked starting the night before, which I did. They then sent us check-in instructions and an entry code. When we arrived around 4 AM, the code never worked. We were locked out of the property for a few hours in the middle of the night after our 6 hours drive and were unable to reach the hosts despite multiple calls and messages. There was absolutely no support or response from them during this time. We were forced to look for a different accommodation to our own expense, which was nearly impossible due to the hour. At the end, Airbnb support cancelled our RSVP and refunded us when the hosts finally answered our messages about 4-5 hrs after. This reflects a serious lack of reliability and responsibility on the part of the hosts.”

“En lo personal, la casa tenía muy buena ubicación la zona era muy tranquila. Desafortunadamente la casa estaba demasiado sucia llena de polvo. Por todas partes a la cocina le faltaban demasiados utensilios.”

“They changed our checkout time then charged us for it. Tried to charge us 100 dollars for 2 pizza boxes left on the property. Insanely ridiculous. Horrible people don’t stay here!”

“Property management company that runs this place will Nickel and dime. We left at 10:25 and they charged us a $50 fee. On charged an extra $200 for cleaning fee for dishes left in the sink and leaving an energy drink on the dining room table. Says it caused them to delay the same day turnover. Tons of great host and houses in the area, would consider them before this spot!”

“When we arrived the smart lock on the door was in “secure lock mode” and we couldn’t get in. Host was unresponsive and we received no reply from their “24/7 support line”. We ended up having to book a hotel for the night and the host barely apologized. Furniture is not assembled properly and fell apart. Photos don’t show the current furniture / setup. Would not book anything hosted by Conmigo Vacation Rentals ever again. The dog was cute though.”

“First at all they never changed the bed sheets, there were full of hair , all type of different hair, I let the hostess and the platform know about the situation and sent them numerous pictures of the hairs all over the sheets, I asked them to bring some clean sheets and he replied it will be after 10 pm , I of course I was not agreed because I shouldn’t wait that late to bring the clean sheets, so I decided to leave! I definitely not recommend this place !”
