Manager Review

Conmigo Vacation Rentals

Conmigo Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.71 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

There was a few maintenance problems, like a broken shower door and a broken and loose toilet. Also there is no grill as stated on the listing but other than that everything was ok. They took a few days to respond on some of the issues. Once you arrive there was a lot of messages sent to your phone warning you about extra fees if you don’t follow certain rules, we realize not everyone is always respectful but this got a little frustrating, so for this reason we didn’t use all the extra amenities for a fear we would get charged if we didn’t leave it just right. I realize that was our choice, but we are rule followers and it kind of was intimidating. But overall we had a good time.

We had a beyond frustrating experience with this Airbnb. The info on their page is conflicting. They list it as “entire townhouse” and when you search with filters wanting privacy it also pops up. However before check in they send a message letting us know that there is another person living in the townhouse behind a “locked door” but don’t worry because they have a private entrance. With our 5 children this is unacceptable and uncomfortable. If you have an issue with this- don’t book this Airbnb. They were firm and would not refund a penny even though we never set foot in the property. I felt this was rude & unfair. If you scroll down to the bottom of the listing you can find this info but because of the other info I wasn’t concerned and should have read every single word of the listing. This is my mistake but I was very disappointed with how it was handled. It’s already on the expensive end so losing all that money while still having to pay for another place to stay was a hardship.

Very disappointed with our stay. The only reason we rented this place was for hot tub but it was not working and the worst thing was they only informed us about it the day we were checking in leaving us no room to cancel this place and book another place. We were a group of six people coming back from our Yellowstone trip which made it even more unsatisfying as we wanted to relax in the hot tub. The location has no network so all you have to find this place is the instructions by the host which was not at all helpful. This place is extremely difficult to find especially if you are arriving at dark. They said don’t follow the google map and gave us a vague instruction with no proper guidance. So, we followed their instruction and got lost for half an hour. Funny thing we found the place after we followed the google map. The place was smaller than we expected. The stove was broken. Won’t recommend this place.

Pros: Surface clean on arrival with fresh linens, and enjoyed the arcade/outdoor games. Cons: The property suffers from serious deferred maintenance and lack of oversight. Plumbing/HVAC: Master shower turns freezing cold when toilets flush. AC struggled to keep up, one vent has zero airflow, and open vents allow sound to travel easily between floors. Safety & Repairs: Exposed screws on transition strips and bent vents are trip hazards. Exterior doors are worn (one has a gap letting outside air in), vinyl floor shifts underfoot, and interior doors lack stops, causing wall holes. Upkeep: Needs deep cleaning—spiderwebs inside. weeds in back and front. Couch pillows had an odor. Garage: Functions as 1-car; a standard minivan is too long to fit.

We arrived one hour after the check in time and the house was still a disaster. The cleaner had not showed up. We finally was able to check in around 7:30pm and noticed that the house was not vacuumed, crumbs were all over the floor, the towels were damp, and questionable if the sheets were clean because we noticed the under beddings were in the same exact position (messy). We noticed this because when we arrived 1 hour after check in, and found the condition it was in, we took pictures. This was very frustrating as we were all tired, including a baby, from the day activities and commute but was unable to settle in until nearly 4 hours after the 4pm check in time. In addition to the dirty house and delayed check in, the house was lacking supplies. There were no hand soap in the kitchen. No scrubbers to wash the dishes, especially since some of the dishes did not look like they were washed. Overall, this was a very bad experience for us.

Clean spacious place to stay. The interior was as I expected with a things to note as I don’t think the description adequately depicts them: 1. This is a home not a house, this property is part of a 4 unit building 2. There is NO off street parking. This property has a two car garage with the “driveway” serving also as the thoroughfare for the adjoining properties. This “driveway” spills into a 6 lane road, 3. The host does not want you using the front door. There is an expectation to enter/exit the unit via the garage by using the key pad. They do not give out a remote. A few cons, there is a bug issue in this unit. Upon entering the home there were dead bugs and they seemed to keep popping up. I reported the issue and an exterminator was sent over to spray but the bugs still popped up throughout our stay; everywhere. Lastly, the front door can be seen from the couches. This door is floor to ceiling glass with no curtain or frosted glass. Concerning when traveling solo with kids.

The home was very inviting but the place did lack things that would have made the stay better. Unfortunately my biggest concern was every time I attempted to cook roaches came out from behind the stove. My whole stay consisted of killing roaches for the property and this is after I notified them of the issue. On the properties behalf they just made excuses for the roaches. Other than that the place was really nice and I think if they removed the infested stove the problem will be solved and my stay would have been a 5star.

Location was alright, nothing special. The lock for the door was frustrating to operate. There wasn’t a hot tub as described in the listing and once messaged about it with proof all we got was an “I’m sorry”. The rooms were alright. The best part was the kitchen. Kept getting messages about the thermostat but didn’t get an answer about late checkout until an hour before checkout. Even then we were told if we wanted to check out late it would be $15 an hour.

House looked just like the photos. Not sure it was very kid friendly. The stairs leading downstairs were so steep. Wish they offered a baby gate to block off. Floors were dirty. The basement was a fun hang out. Great game selection and movie selection. Jacuzzi was nice and backyard was spacious! Only other thing was an unexpected handy man came in the morning, before a scheduled one. And was walking in the backyard to use the hose for the neighbors.

We were not made aware that this listing is in violation of Title 21A of the Salt Lake City Code until we ourselves found a copy the notice in the rental unit. The notice was dated 4/9/2026 which was 18 days before our booking start date. The notice dictates that "You are hereby ordered to cure the zoning violations within three (3) calendar days from the date of this Notice and order." Three calendar days from 4/9/2026 is 4/12/2026 which is still 15 days before our booking start date, so the host/rental management had ample opportunity to inform us of this issue so that we could make alternate lodging arrangements. We would not have stayed at this listing if we had known that it was not in compliance with local law, and feel it is the owner/rental management's responsibility to notify us that the listing is no longer legal or valid as soon as they were notified and they never did.
