“Hibiscus Oceanfront Resort A201 was wonderful! The beachfront view from the balcony is INCREDIBLE. It is a full panoramic view of ocean waves, blue skies, and palm trees. The view alone was worth every penny spent on the rental. The unit was well stocked with towels, toiletries, and dishware. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. We enjoyed having access to 3 pools, one is mere steps from the front door. The central heated pool was a perfect way to end long days spent at the beach. We had two vehicles with us and parking was convenient. One in the dedicated parking spot and the guest spots were only a couple hundred feet from there. I appreciated having blackout curtains in the main bedroom and light curtains in the living room. I was able to watch sunrises from bed and we saw numerous dolphins passing while sitting on the balcony. This is the second unit I've stayed in at this property. This one was worth the extra money for the fantastic location and view.”

“This was a lovely condo with access to the beach Furniture Couch and beds above average Kitchen was packed with dishes utensils and pots and pans. Poor water pressure in sink Bathrooms didn’t having shelving in the showers so no where to put shampoo soap etc. Fans come on when you turn on light and are extremely noisy. Upstairs shower didn’t have an extension on the pipe so you have to stand really close to the wall Finally there were no beach towels or chairs so we could not appreciate the beautiful beach”

“Great location and quite well-equipped for the price, but not every detail in the apartment description is accurate. It states that it sleeps six people, yet there were only two beds, and the sofa did not convert into a bed; nor were there any extra sheets. They said they would ask the property manager about it, but they never got back to me after that. Although it’s still a good option if there are only four of you, and it’s very close to the historic district.”

“Would be a 5 star review but left a 4 star rating mainly for the cleanliness. Not the owner’s fault, but whoever manages cleaning in between stays didn’t do a great job before us. For the rest, the condo was very easy to find and get into, parking was great and stocked with everything you might need for a prolonged stay. Beach is just a 5’ walk, which for us was not a big deal. If you are, however, one of those families that carries umbrellas, chairs and coolers, you might want to drive to one of the public beach access points. Beach itself was not excessively busy and amongst the better ones in the area. Community pool and hot tub needed attention. Once again, not the owners fault, but certainly dirty. Overall enjoyed the stay, very quiet and peaceful. Thank you.”

“This is a nice condo, however, I don’t believe the cleaning team is doing a proper job. I ended up sweeping, vacuuming under the beds, drying the bathroom rugs, scrubbing the bathtubs, washing dirt off the floor trim, cleaning burnt food out of the oven and dusting. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach without having to cross any busy roads. I stayed for 3 weeks and was left with small soap for each bathroom and one dishwasher pod. It is comfortable with plenty of towels. The condo is stocked well with pots and pans, plates, glassware and has some essential spices. It is near St. Augustine and grocery stores.”

“Although we had our own shampoos there were no hand soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soaps, coffee filters. the basic necessities would of been great”

“This was a spacious 2/2 condo close to a beautiful beach. The pools were nice. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the condo. The floors felt sticky, the showers were dirty, and there was a stain or some sort of spill on the wall when we got there. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and proximity to the beach!”
