Condo-World

“The house fit our family of 4 fine. But overall the house needs help. The drawers in the kitchen were busted, the dishwasher didn’t clean well at all, the master bathroom sinks would just fill and took a long time to drain all the bathrooms the toilets would just continuously run, the building itself is just older. We didn’t even have soap in the kitchen to wash dishes or in the bathroom all that had to be purchased which just adds to the bill at the end of the trip.”

“The unit was clean and how it was described. Balcony was awesome due to being cornered. No bells and whistles, but you can't beat the location and price!”

“The condo we rented for the week (Midstrand E) was amazing. The location was outstanding. The top level, private, oceanfront balcony was terrific. The office made check-in a breeze. Will use condo world again!”

“Location was perfect. Right on beach with easy parking. Only complaint was the cleanliness. When we arrived there was dirt in floor, under the furniture and all the dishes were dirty. the condominium building is dated and had some issues that needed some. maintenance but the condo it self was renovated and nice. would have given higher rating if it was a little cleaner when we arrived.”

“Photos show a beautiful place but it’s dated from the photos. The paint job of the interior looks quick and sloppy. The smell of cigarettes, vapes, and weed tainted our use of the balcony. Older guests asleep basting in the hot tub deterred using it. Some cleanliness things like sandy floors, dirty dishes, and dusty shows its not high-end. It’s a place to stay at the beach only. Needs updating.”

“First time staying with Condo World as our usual place couldn’t accommodate our growing family. The unit was very spacious and could accommodate two more if needed. Unit was very clean and updated, great view of the ocean and just steps from the beach. The pool areas were nice and the site maintenance or manager was a cool hard working guy, spoke with him every day while there. Fast elevators and parking just a few steps across the street. Slow pace family area a few blocks away from Hamburgers Joe’s. Friendly people had some good chats with locals that live there at the condo full time. Our family had a great time and we will look to stay again in the future!”

“The condo was nice and clean and had a convenient location. The beds were awful. My son and I both fell out of our beds one night the Mattresses were so flimsy. I would not stay again just because of the beds and light pouring in the windows from the outdoor walkways.”

“Was a great location, just a 2 block walk to a huge grocery store Boulineau's, half block to beach. Nice and quiet, perfect for families. Perfect place for the kids with two living rooms.”

“Condo was great, loved the size. My grandsons were disappointed with the pool, deepest part was only 4 ft. They like to just in and the pool wasn't accommodating for that. We went out and bought a nerf ball for them to play with only to be told no balls in the pool, agai disappointing, while sometimes the security gaurd(s) would let them play with it, it was based on what guard was on duty. One guard was very harsh when it came to rules with kids but he let the adults get by with all the rules related to drinking. Security guards had nothing to do with CondoWorld. Howere when I did reach out to CondoWorld with a question about one guest with a personal boombox playing inappropriate music, as the Resort is family based with lots of small kids in the pool, I didn't get a reply and had to follow up again. Was not impressed, then I was told to call CondoWorld with concerns. I went thru AirBNB so I could use text not phone calls. I will not stay here again only because of pool.”
