Condo-World

“The check-in process was simple and timely. The condo was easy to find and had good parking. There are carts available for guests to get their luggage or groceries up to their floor by the elevator. The condo itself was very clean and had beautiful decor. It was well stocked with plenty of dinnerware, glassware, cooking utensils, and cookware. The room with twin beds was very small and with only a tiny closet but was perfect for our family. The condo balcony looked right over the pool area and gave perfect oceanfront views. The building and other guests were respectful and friendly. The pool is very clean and well taken care off. The only thing negative was the comfort of the mattresses. I would give them a 3 out of 10. My youngest daughter who can fall asleep just about anywhere opted for the couch after a couple nights sleeping in one of the beds. It made it really hard to get a good night's rest. Other than that everything was wonderful.”

“Stayed at Crescent Towers II….it was a beautiful view of the ocean. It was so nice to wake up and walk out onto the deck. Took the elevator down to ground floor and could walk directly onto the beach. Loved how our unit was decorated. I would definitely go back to that same unit in the future.”

“We stayed at this property for a week and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We received a call at 10:30 a.m. letting us know the condo was ready for check-in early, which we appreciated. However, when we arrived around 7:00 p.m., the property was extremely dirty. The next morning, I called the manager at Condo World to report the issue. We left the condo for several hours when we returned, the condo was still dirty. The pool and lazy river in our tower was under construction and there were repairs being done every morning at 9am. Was not told before booking Called again and I was spoken to very rudely. Managment was completely unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money we spent on this trip. I paid over $3,000 for this vacation as a graduation gift for my daughter, and the entire experience was ruined due to the condition of the condo and the poor treatment we received from Condo World. I would not rent from this company again and would not recommend”

“The house fit our family of 4 fine. But overall the house needs help. The drawers in the kitchen were busted, the dishwasher didn’t clean well at all, the master bathroom sinks would just fill and took a long time to drain all the bathrooms the toilets would just continuously run, the building itself is just older. We didn’t even have soap in the kitchen to wash dishes or in the bathroom all that had to be purchased which just adds to the bill at the end of the trip.”
