“We had a lovely stay at this beachfront condo and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Emerald Coast. The photos are spot on—what you see is exactly what you get, which is always reassuring when booking. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to enjoy a few meals in. One of our favorite features was the private beach access. It was incredibly convenient to walk back to the condo whenever we wanted to refresh a drink or use the restroom . Amazing location! It’s walkable to a few restaurants and just a short drive to Seaside. Loved the organic cafe across the street! If you enjoy biking, it’s especially ideal for exploring While we didn’t end up using the bikes provided they seemed a bit worn and didn’t have baskets for carrying items—it didn’t take away from our experience at all. What mattered most to us was comfort and cleanliness, and this place delivered. The beds were very comfortable, the home was clean! We’ll definitely be back!”

“Perfect location and steps away from the beach! Place was exactly as it looked and would definitely stay here again! A couple hiccups with the door code, bike code and correct chair vendor but host communication was fast, everything was rectified quickly! No complaints. Will be back.”

“My family and I stayed here for a week in May 2026 and loved it. The condo itself is beautiful inside and has a wonderful view along with easy private beach access, private gated parking, icemaker, and elevator to the room. The location is also fantastic — being between Seaside and Alys/Rosemary beaches made for fun places to shop & eat. Also, it is very close to the Old Florida Fish House which was great. The condo was clean and the hosts were always quick to respond. I would highly recommend for families looking for a nice spot to unwind on the beautiful 30A beaches.”

“Our stay was wonderful, beautiful and clean facility that was as described and convenient. The golf cart was old, has a rusted out emergency break and requires blocks behind the wheels when you go somewhere or it rolls backwards. The roof also makes loud noises at various times of day. Over all was a fantastic stay!”
