“Beautiful home in a wonderful location! We walked around Old Town and the Waterfront, and were able to drive to the Theater District in 5 minutes. The home was well-organized, instructions were clear, some snacks and basics were provided. We enjoyed our time immensely and would absolutely go back.”

“My husband and I had a great stay! The apartment is very spacious. The kitchen is big and the kitchen table is big with ample space on either side of the table. The living room couches were nice with the huge TV, made me feel like I was in a movie theater. It was nice. The bathroom is spa like. I loved the white cabinets. The bed in the bedroom was so comfortable, we didnt want to leave. The only thing that I couldn't find was more trash bags for the trash under the sink. I will be returning! Oh and the only other issue we experienced, is we had trouble getting the front door to open. But, the host called me immediately and opened the door remotely for us. She also explained where to find the hard set of keys. I recommend for couples, singles, heck, anyone! You will not be disappointed!”

“This was by far the best-appointed Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every room was beautifully furnished, but the thoughtful extras truly set it apart. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with coffee, tea, condiments, cleaning supplies, paper and reusable towels, and even treats. The bathroom had everything you could need, including razors, shaving cream, feminine products, towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The bedroom was equally impressive, with a king-size bed and luxury hotel-quality bedding that was extremely comfortable. The closet had plenty of hangers and extra bedding, and the laundry room was stocked with detergent, fabric softener, and stain remover. It’s obvious tremendous thought went into making guests feel at home. I can’t say enough positive things about this place and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tacoma who wants a beautiful, comfortable downtown location. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“I had an extended 4 month stay at the Overlook for a work assignment and loved it! Jenell and her team were incredibly responsive, helpful, and quickly acted on any assistance I needed during my stay. The views over Tacoma and Commencement Bay were spectacular and the neighborhood was super walkable with my pup! Amenities were great and having a washer/dryer in-unit and a fully stocked kitchen was so helpful. If I ever have another assignment down south I will definitely book again!”

“This stay was wonderful for our family. Having two bathrooms and separate vanities in each room was so nice to have so everyone could get ready in the morning at once. The space is fully stocked with everything and anything you could ever need or might have forgotten and the ambiance at check in was lovely. I do wish the fireplace would have been useable and I’m sure they would have made it happen if I had asked. It’s available October through April if I remember correctly so we were just outside of that window. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again.”

“I am greatly impressed how they handle their guest. They are very responsive if you have questions. The location is pretty and accessible. It’s not a long drive if you wanted to visit the scenic spots in Washington. The amenities are complete and as described. They even have a first aid kit, sanitary pads and even toothbrush and toothpaste is also provided. I can see that they are very considerate. The condo was also spotless and has a good light and view. I highly recommend to stay with them if you choose Tacoma area. ❤️”
