“The apartment worked perfectly for us. It was new, clean, roomy and convenient with all necessary amenities. The building had a generous lobby and an excellent gym and a nice pool deck. There were also quiet work spaces etc... Its a very good offer. The parking garage was very convenient but be the spaces are very tight so tough with a SUV or large car. The location is very good - there is plenty to walk for sure. The check-in is all electronic (which is not my thing) but worked. The kitchen was a bit sparse but had the necessities.”

“Location, location, location! :) But buyers be aware - this is a 5th floor apartment in an old brownstone with no elevator. Also the A/C is actually turned out to be two "mobile" units that are pretty cumbersome to install into the window by ourselves, noisy and take a lot of space. But again - Location, location, location! :)”

“Location is great, building is nice, apartment is nice. My biggest gripe is how minimal the guest supplies were for a 10+ day stay ESPECIALLY given how expensive this place is. 1 roll of TP, 1 laundry pod, 1 dishwasher pod, no trash bags, tiniest soaps / shampoos. Really? I had to go buy all of the above myself. Also, despite paying a cleaning fee (that's standard, I get that), they send you a 'checkout requirements' list of "please clean / wipe down all surfaces and appliances (with no cleaning supplies provided btw), sweep + vacuum, empty all trash cans, put all linens in a laundry basket in the bathroom". I didn't make a mess or anything and did all that anyway to make sure I get my security deposit back... but seriously?”

“Really good deal for a short term furnished place. Location is super convenient, brand new building, comfy bed, spotless apartment. TVs were a bit small relative to the size of the rooms but that's literally my only complaint. We would 100000% stay here again.”

“Waited 1.5hs to check in with all my luggages downstairs. Read but no response to questions like WiFi passwords. Stayed for 20days, but only provided with bare minimum soups for the dishes and laundry, and no cleaning service during the stay”
