“My boyfriend and I arrived to our Airbnb. We had bought online upon arriving my boyfriend and I decided that place would probably be too small for us. My boyfriend emailed the host and the host immediately got back to us not only did they want to make our visit right…. They actually immediately drove to us, picked us up with all of our luggage and showed us not one but two other options. I was thinking oh boy this is going to cost another arm and leg, they didn’t charge another cent. They cared more about keeping us happy. Not only that but they offer during reg hours to shuttle you around town. A bonus to us to avoid uber and taxis! This place felt safe. We felt heard and cared for. We contacted them several times during this stay and never once did they make us feel a burden or inconvenience. They are the most professional, caring, kind, efficient hosts ever! You will not and could not regret booking with them! They made paradise that much sweeter and we can’t wait to return!!!”

“Honest Review: lots of use, little maintenance. Easy to find, good location. Needs maintenance badly. WiFi is almost nonexistent. Shower drain is higher than the floor so you’re standing in dirty water. Floor tile is moldy because of this. Kind of disgusting really. About as clean as a public shower. Ceiling in shower is coming apart. Frame of picture in kitchen, the bottom fell off. It had been scotch taped back on multiple times as evidenced by the layers of tape on the frame. Pull out bed in couch is broken and sits at an extreme angle. Has stains everywhere. For the price, would skip this one.”

“Great location. Pictures were not accurate representation of furniture found in the property. In our humble opinion, we do not agree with the property being advertised as "luxury". However, we enjoyed our stay in Key West.”

“Agreed to my 10am check ,Then called and said it wouldnt be ready but will do everything to have it ready as soon as possible, Ended up being 2pm ... TV in limping room didnt work .. Could use little updating ,But other wise all good”
