“This place is adorable. Well stocked with everything you need. Quiet, peaceful location. It is a distance to the beach so plan on driving if you have kids but otherwise a doable walk if it’s just you. About a 15-20 min walk to the shops and restaurants. Overall great place and felt like home.”

“The house was just like it’s described, a beach cottage, and it was fine. It’s decorated nicely. Pretty close to the beach about 10 minutes walk. The house itself was fine other than few things like the master bedroom AC took a while to cool. The garage “hangout” area needs to be kept up and cleaned if it’s meant for guests to be used as extra space. First time I ever had to put sheets at an Airbnb upon arrival, not very convenient for guests. There were 3 companies involved with this booking, a huge pain for the guests. ButThe biggest issue was the view right across from the house and the noise coming from the township construction. This was never disclosed, had we known about the construction site I would not have booked there. We were there for my nieces birthday, we tried to make the most out of it but the view from the patio and noise took away from our experience. I raiser this during the stay but was pointed to a clause in the contract. House itself and neighborhood is nice.”

“The location of this house is everything. It is in a perfect area and walking distance to a gorgeous beach but far enough away from the busy areas that you don't see a ton of traffic. Close enough to bike or walk to almost anywhere. The house itself had a lot of character and plenty of space for our family to sleep comfortably. The backyard was also a major high point for us. With little kids, having the fenced in backyard gave us a sense of safety and security and privacy. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It was very nice and quiet and very comfortable, yes there is a little distance to the main area of cape May but a 3 min drive to where everything is, not bad. There were also some things to do in walking distance from the property all in all 10 out 10.”

“This gem sits in a great location and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Even though there is one parking space, the driveway, there is plenty of street parking. All of the activities we did during our stay ended up being within a 10 minute drive of the location. We enjoyed the view of the water while sitting in the very spacious and open living room area with large windows. They do not provide sheets and towels but it was no hassle to bring our own. They also can recommend a linen service to rent linens. They do provide pillows and plenty of blankets. We had a group of 8 and everyone was comfortable. They provided a binder with a detailed list of things to do/places to eat in the area which was very helpful. The hosts were very accommodating and professional. I would definitely book this property again!”
