Coastline Collections

Coastline Collections's guest rating of 4.66 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Pool had some debris in it, 1 umbrella wouldnt open but overall great experience. We were able to check in early which helped since we were at a hotel the night before and could easily go from the hotel straight to the airbnb. Great spot will definitely keep this in mind for future stays.

Overall, we had a great stay and the home itself is beautiful. It was spacious and comfortably fit our group of 12. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and 2 ice makers. We also loved the tram service to and from the beach — it made beach access very convenient. There were a few areas that could be improved. There was no house manual or welcome booklet, so we had to ask multiple times for basic info like the WiFi password, beach wristband pickup, and shuttle instructions. It would have been much easier if that was all provided upfront. We also ran out of toilet paper and trash bags by day 2 and had to buy more ourselves. The WiFi did not work the entire weekend and was never resolved, they asked us to call the internet provider ourselves which did not feel appropriate as guests. While they did offer a 2-hour late checkout, there was miscommunication and someone still arrived at 10 AM while we were there.

We booked a last-minute beach getaway here through Airbnb. Booking was super easy, though you do have to sign an external contract. The company message a lot about check-in and check-out times. We asked for an 11:00 AM checkout to grab breakfast and pack up without rushing, but were turned down due to back-to-back bookings. Understandable, but the constant messaging made the final morning feel rushed. We had a nice trip, but just know the condo is pretty dated. The pictures online make it look a lot fresher and brighter than it is obviouslyold pictures). In person, the appliances, cabinets, and bathrooms are all pretty old and showing their age, though everything functions fine. Also, the balcony only has two chairs, so a larger group will need extra seating. On the plus side, there were nice sample toiletries and plenty of fresh towels. It served its purpose for a quick weekend, but needs updates.

The location is awesome The interior furnishings is awful The couch is so worn and the fabric is awful The bed is not comfortable at all The building is loud lots of families Construction being during our stay on other units prevented us from being able to sleep in The unit is worn and outdated If the unit would be professionally refurbished the cost would be worth it

The house was beautiful and was in a great location with an incredible pool in the neighborhood. Ideally, it would’ve been nice to have more dining areas for a house that could sleep 14 people. There was only one small table. Unfortunately, several things happened during our stay that caused major inconveniences. First, on multiple occasions, AI gave incorrect information via chat which was a very frustrating guest experience. It incorrectly told me there was a cooler when in fact there was not, and no one ever corrected the mistake until I pointed it out. Additionally, it was not made clear that we needed to check in and get wristbands for the beach. It wouldve been a much better experience to have printed out instructions in the house at check in. Further, the fuses blew and we lost electricity and hot water for several hours. Finally, there was not enough toilet paper for 14 guests and it should not be necessary to buy essentials like that for a 3 night stay given the rental price.

Our condo was perfect for us. It was just myself and my husband. The area is beautiful. We definitely are going back. I love that it’s pet friendly. We didn’t have our dogs with us but seeing the other vacationers with their dogs was great. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was our condo came with two beach chairs and an umbrella already set up at the beach. We didn’t know that and got a link to rent chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler from VayKLife gear. We could’ve saved ourselves money and the hassle of having to carry that down to the beach when we already had an umbrella and chairs set up for us by the condo. That was the only negative. I just wish we would’ve known ahead of time.
