“Very well located house that accommodated a large family gathering. Having 5 king bedrooms with en suite baths was a key reason we rented and a plus for this house with another bedroom that provided a bonus area was nice to have. Beds were as comfortable as they looked online! Would not hesitate to rent again.”

“We would recommend staying here. However, rating compared to other $550+/night properties we have stayed at. Pros: 1) Great location; easy walk to beach. 2) Clean! 3) Newer decor / fixtures Cons: 1) Given $500/night rate, it is fair to expect a few staple items be provided (eg a few Keurig pods, 1-2 laundry detergent packets, ironing board/iron, etc…). These things wouldn’t cost much to include and would have saved us some time during our very brief stay. 2) The property management asks guests to take all trash outside to bins, run dishwasher, etc before the 10am check-out. This begs the question: why were we charged to pay a cleaning fee if you’re relying on guests to do that work? We left the property at tidy and ready for the cleaning crew. That should be enough at this price point considering that we had to pack up the family and vacate the property on the earlier side.”

“The house is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean, there was hair and sand everywhere. The bathrooms had clearly not been cleaned. The downstairs shower was full of sand and had soap residue all over the shower walls. The floors had not been mopped or vacuumed. A couple of the blankets smelled horribly and one even had food on it! Very disappointing considering the cost of this stay!”

“The view from the top floor is really great. The surrounding neighborhood and the island itself is pretty lackluster, maybe 2-3 okay restaurants. Everything worth anything was a 20-30 minute drive away. Overall, the price we paid wasn't worth it. We had to wait over 2 hours to check-in because there wasn't accurate communication with the cleaners. We were notified 30 minutes prior to check-in that the cleaners didn't show up and that we needed to wait at the pool while replacement cleaners came to clean up. And because of the rush job, there were a lot of trash, food, and stains left behind. We had 3 infants under 12 months with us so waiting outside in the heat after 6+ hours of driving was extremely stressful, especially with just a 30 minute heads up. The describition we got for the beach access was 'shared public'. But when we arrived there was a private bridge built. Would have been nice to know prior. The house is nice and you can tell the GC really cared when building it.”
