“Love the serenity of Ft. Morgan and this house was awesome. Home was beautiful....everything you needed to enjoy ur stay was provided. Pool was especially nice....if you you wanted to relax out back as opposed to walking to the beach (only a block away).”

“It was a great stay & it was the perfect location!! I would say be prepared to buy some extra things…if you’re staying long (toilet paper,trash bags and other miscellaneous things were needed) but for the price we really didn’t mind! We will definitely be back :)”

“The AC has trouble keeping up one of the hotter days but we loved it. Plenty of room for two families (4 adults 6 kids). Just a short walk to the beach. Go get you some sunshine!”

“The floors turned my toddlers black, ruined multiple expensive outfits. Their sliding door fell off multiple times with kids going in and out-VERY UNSAFE. Sink, shower, lights, screen door was all broke apon arrival. They did send maintenance to fix it. No furniture is anchored, sheets/pillows had dog hair on them. The clutter in this home is ridiculous. Their hammock is dry rotted. Their dishes were mostly dirty IN CABINETS when we went to use them. This was the most expensive stay for a 1 ⭐️ place. Oh and they have cockroaches. The manger told me he would send an exterminator out, but at that point what would it do? They don’t die overnight.”

“The trash,the smell,the furniture and the outside area was not up to part and the furniture and the family room is terrible it wasn't clean the bed linens were very worn and it looks as though they use cheap bleach when washing their linen it wasn't worth the price and the furniture needs to be updated NOW badly”

“It’s ok, needs some work: old furniture, old worn out bedding, old towels, broken outlets, etc. but the real issue is it wasn’t clean. Last tenant hair in several places - toilet, shower, bedding, and floor. Kitchen was not really clean. Maybe they got better cleaning crew and your stay will be better.”

“The WiFi was horrible which you don’t find out till you get there and they had huge bugs and I’m sure they know because we found bug spray in the closets other than that the house was a good accommodation and had everything we needed.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. However the lack of trash bags , toilet paper and dish washer tabs was annoying. I think basic amenities that even a hotel provides, should have not been something I had to pack for my stay. Over all we loved our stay in the house .”
