“Mom’s Gift was a wonderful duplex. Easy walk to the beach. Stocked extremely well. Beds were super comfy. We had bad weather most of the weekend but there were great porches to sit and enjoy relaxing!”

“Location and pool were great. There were some nails that had come out laying on the steps to the decking. One set of sheets were noticeably stained and there were a couple dead bugs close to the baseboards that were also very dusty. Over all the house was sufficient and the outside amenities were wonderful.”

“This venue was great four our two families. The beach access, the pool, the quiet nature of Holden beach...it was everything we were looking for in a vacation rental. We utilized the flexibility of the spaces the most. There were times when all 8 of us wanted to eat and we could easily share one table. There were other times where some wanted to relax on the porch and others play a board game inside on a rainy day and there was space for members of our group to do separate things. All in all, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this rental.”

“The house itself was beautiful…very comfortable furnishings & we felt right at home. Our only issue was that the elevator wasn’t working, which was a major necessity for us. Having an elderly mother with mobility issues, is was a challenge & she couldn’t come & go like she wanted due to her difficulty navigating stairs. The hosts were responsive & said someone would be out to fix it but after hearing that for three days, we were informed that it would not be repaired during our stay. While I understand that amenities are not guaranteed, it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Overall though we did enjoy our stay.”
