Manager Review

Coastal Vacation Rentals

Coastal Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.74 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

We loved our weekend stay! The home and the neighborhood were very clean and felt very safe as a group of girls. The home had everything we needed & we were pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities. Very close to all the surrounding fun activities but still quiet & peaceful!

Not impressed. Smell. Leftover dirty laundry. Dryer didn’t work.

We have stayed at Sunrise Condos 2 years in a row now . Great location. Our specific condo had something that kept leaking in front of one of the bedrooms a large large puddle — and the front bedroom was really hot it needs a extra fan or something in it . As far as amenities and location we love . Plus the parking garage attached to the main building and the beach service is a plus . Great place to stay !

Location was amazing! Loved having a place to park, though there was consistently someone parked in front of the designated parking space, so we were either blocked in or couldn’t park which was really frustrating for what we paid. The door lock never worked, locking or unlocking the place was inconsistent- the gate code worked occasionally, thankfully we had a small child with us who could shimmy through the man gate to let us in. Be aware this house is HOT and very poorly insulated with no AC. It never got below 82 inside the unit, with every fan and window open at all times. We thought with it being on the beach that we are very familiar with it would cool down in the evening, and it never did, it was always cooler outside than in the house. The unit is stand alone above the parking garage which is great, but a gate to keep people out or fence would be nice. We woke up Saturday and Sunday morning around 6:30am to our children panicked because there was a stranger on the patio.

Location was hard to beat. We loved the short walk to the beach and to restaurants. If we had to share anything we didn’t like, I would say that because of the location, there was a lot of early morning noise (street sweepers, leaf blowing etc… all before 8 am)

The condo was exactly as pictured. Extremely clean and well maintained. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. I haven’t been to PCB in 15 years and forgot how active & loud Front Beach Road is. We were there for a softball tournament & had two children with us. The proximity to both fields was great but the noise at night was a lot. That’s in no way a reflection of the host, I just need to be more aware of surroundings next time. The only issue we truly had was with the AC being controlled by the owner or property manager. It was set to a certain temperatures at different times of the day and we would come in from being at a tournament all day and the condo would be 74 degrees instead of the 70 I was constantly setting it on. I understand trying to cut costs, but comfortable temperatures for paying guests isn’t one I would choose. Other than fighting the thermostat, the condo was beautiful and I would recommend to others.

Pictures don’t match what the exterior looks like. Paint is chipping away and the screen door is rusted (probably simply because of the sea air) Bathroom picture wasn’t the actual bathroom and the couch/sleeper sofa wasn’t the one in the pictures and wasn’t an actual sleeper sofa ( which was going to be a back up for my husband to sleep on if the baby and I took up the whole bed). Since it as just a small love seat and had to curl up and attempt to sleep on it The queen bed seemed too small to be a queen and the room smelt like my dead grandmas room. The heater is a radiant heater so you have to sleep with bedroom doors open in order to get heat into the rooms Bathtub didn’t have a plug to stop the water, so I wasn’t able give my baby a bath. Sheets were so cheap that they stuck to clothing when to tried to move. Back extra comforter had stains on it. Bath towels were so thin and scratchy plus stained. Property management was responsive until I contacted regarding the couch.

The location is great with good amenities for a family with young kids. The place was clean and as described. Kitchen had all the utensils and essentials we need, plenty of towels with easy to laundry setup. Enough chairs and mats to take to the beach. Only the key pickup could be done better it's hard to find parking.
