“The Place itself is spectacular and you can’t beat the location! However, in multiple spots, it says that check-in is at the property and that a host will greet you, but check in is about 20 minutes down the road!!! So we drove in 2 mins from the room and had to drive 20 mins away to get the key then another 20 mins back to the place. There is an area rug under the kitchen table flipped up we all kept tripping on. They obviously know because there is a ton of tap underneath. They are also not meant for little ones. Our little guy fell on it and was actually bleeding. Super rough. There is NO hot water unless you shower at 9 pm! I messaged them and received absolutely no response about the issue at all! We ended up booking with another company for next year that has keys onsite in the same building bc the location is amazing!”

“I have rented through Airbnb and VRBO atleast 30-40 times and never wrote a bad review on any of the places. But I felt I had to on this one. The check-in was Awsome. The host made it very convenient. But once we got into the apartment is where everything went sour. First thing we noticed was a blanket with either vomit or period blood on it. I mentioned it to the host and they told me to stick it by the front door and they’ll have someone pick it up. That never happened. Sat there the whole 5 days. We also found a pair of dirty socks under one of the blankets, a nightgown and a pair of underwear. There was a lot of hair in the shower, salt or sugar all over the kitchen floor, all of the above is stuff that could have been prevented if the housekeeper did their job the way they were supposed to. Last issue we had which is uncontrollable is in one of the bedrooms the Air Conditioner vents run through the closet. It’s so loud all night, hard to sleep. Other than that location was great”

“Nice area nice surrounding super expensive I get it. It’s a holiday weekend but we paid $2600 for three days. Bedrooms and bathroom was dusty and human hair left behind. That’s the only complaint I had can use a good cleaning after every person that stays there other than that I enjoyed the beach being close to the resort.”

“The response from management was very slow, and I was disappointed by the hidden costs that were not disclosed upfront. All charges, including linen and any additional fees, should be clearly communicated before booking. Customers should not discover extra costs after reserving the property. I was also dissatisfied with management’s unwillingness to address concerns or make any effort to improve the situation. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor customer service made this a frustrating experience.”

“Great location! Far enough off the road for quiet evenings. Right on the bay and the beach is only a few blocks away and easily walkable. Quite neighbors. Clean unit. Would absolutely stay again.”

“Condo was nice and look like photos, but we found hair left in the beds and floors. For the cost of the booking linens should be included. The tvs in the bedrooms did not work. Location should provide atleast 2 parking spaces for the amount of people that the condo holds.”
