Not having electronic check in (manually having to get/return keys) and being our own linens was a hassle, but that seems to be the case with a lot of properties down here. Overall though convenient location for ocean city.”

“Beautiful condo needs updated and a few repairs would help, master shower floor is crumbling and shower doors broken, very loud noises I believe from the elevator, no view of sunrise or sunset from the balcony, I guess I didn’t realize that. The building is also outdated and in need of deep clean, hallway smelled and carpet dirty, indoor pool was murky and heavily chlorinated.”

“This location is ideal for quick and easy beach access! It has 2 great balconies — one with a dining table— and the elevator was key for loading and unloading all of our daily gear. The street was pretty quiet and good for families. The sofa bed and extra bathroom helped to make our family of 5 comfortable but we might outgrow the 2BR option. Would be perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Definitely recommend.”

“The house was very nice, pool is a great bonus. Location was amazing. The owners really need to consider a new cleaning company. Our feet were black from the floors, the sliding glass door on the main floor was so dirty, you couldn’t see out. We dropped a part of a game under a couch and it was so dirty under there. We had an issue with the kitchen sink the last few days and never got a response. It was unusable. We overlooked all of this and had a great time. Like I said the house is great, just need a new cleaning service that actually cleans!”
