Amazing location, perfect set up for a family of 6, beautiful view of lagoon and partial ocean view, fully stocked kitchen, and multiple restaurants, takeout options and a 24 hr convenience store within steps of the development. Couldn’t have picked a better condo if we tried.”

“Super nice place on Crescent Beach. Place was as described. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable. Nice walk in shower in the 2nd bath. Great furniture for all six of us to enjoy a movie in the evening. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Our family of 6, mom/dad, 2 teen daughters, 2 elementary aged boys, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spotless, well appointed, and directions were clear. An earlier renter mentioned an off putting smell but that was not our experience - as soon as we entered the condo, I turned the AC and fans on just to get air circulating - but none of us noticed an odor. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, etc. and plenty of bath towels and cloths were provided. It's a lovely condo with an open concept living and dining room that worked well for our family. The only notable wish list item would have been mirrors in the bedrooms (only in each bathroom), otherwise, no complaints.”

“3960 A1A south, St Augustine unit 901. The unit needed a lot of maintenance. The pantry& bedroom closet doors were off track (fixed 3); The back sliding glass patio doors would not lock or open without a lot of force(added bars, oiled door once, we did daily); all three bathroom sink faucets needed replaced (did 2); 2 bathroom lights were not working (did 1, repaired 1); the back porch screen had holes and frame was rotting in several places; the dryer when loaded w towels made bearing noise; the dishwasher had several broken rack tines and rack starting to rust; the microwave was starting to rust along the seams; the silver ware drawer guides need replaced; and the first floor flooring needed cleaned. Megan, Deven & Ellen (host) were good at trying to work with the owner to fund repairs. Unfortunately, they only did some.”

“overall a great experience. When we checked in the lady that gave us directions assumed we knew where to go. she wasn't very patient with us. Check out was great. overall just a few suggestions that would make our 4 week stay better. There is a fan set up in the closet off the patio. it runs constant and was a bit loud. Perhaps a few more cooking dishes. The can opener is broke and the ice machine in fridge doesn't work. The beds were comfy and location is great.”

“The accommodation’s were exactly how they were described. The unit was very clean, updated and set up for enjoyment. We worked remotely from the location and it was set up nicely for us to accomplish this, the internet never failed. We stayed for a month and would not think about booking elsewhere in the future when we return. The management company was very responsive to one slight need of ours without hesitation. Parking was great which could be an issue when busy. Overall no complaints at all . Oh yes a nice, easy, private walk to the beach. The views from the balcony were better than the pictures show.”

“Great location! It is walkable to the beach with a gated community and easy access to restaurants and grocery stores! A peaceful vintage feel. I recommend stay here and the hosts are great!!”

“Overall a good place to stay. A bit dated furnishings and appliances but it was apparent from photos. Proximity to heated pool is great except you get to hear the noise coming from it all day long. Pool hours are 8-dusk - not very useful for some. Lastly issue with privacy in master bath - all that separates toilet area from the room is a folding vinyl flap. Communications from host were very slow to non-responsive. Got instructions to get into the property via code but no one responded to open the gate. Had to wait for 20 min before asking a passing by car to let me in. Host never responded to my inquiries.”
